  Solid option for local supper club in Appleton. It's the old school kind where you get a seat at the bar and tell the bartender when you're ready for a waitress, who comes to you and then tells you when your table is ready. They had a solid salad and soup bar that comes with most meals. I got it shrimp scampi and it was solid - a little under seasoned but still good (especially if dipping the complimentary bread in the garlic butter sauce). Got the potato puffs (fried balls of mashed potatoes) and they were also solid, though a little under seasoned. I did appreciate the waitress recommending to get their bacon dressing for them, which did make them more enjoyable. The warm bacon dressing is the only dressing they make in house, and it's worth adding to your salad. Wife got a steak and bagged potato. Also had a few old fashioneds while waiting z which were good. The bartenders were really friendly and even let me try the picked mushrooms and brussel sprouts after she accidentally mixed them up for cherries. It's open on Mondays, which is really nice given most places aren't. I'm sure I'll be back. I enjoyed the experience more than the food, but the food was still good enough. Probably my favorite supper club in Appleton proper.

  You walk in and immediately realize there’s no hostess stand, no sign, no instructions—just vibes and confusion. 😂 So apparently, you’re supposed to find one of the grumpy bartenders, politely ask for a menu, and announce that you’d like to order. Then you wait about 15 minutes until a waitress finally comes over, asks what you want, and you basically preorder your entire meal before you’ve even been seated. At this point, you’re not sure if you’re at a restaurant or checking in for a flight. 😂

  Very suprised to find the place packed on a Monday afternoon at 5pm. Despite this we were seated before we finished drink at bar. Service was just as impressive as the prices and flavor of food. I got the broasted chicken my wife ad the perch plate. Both were fantastic. Salad bar was outstanding. I was just in the Phoenix, AZ area and when i ordered a lemondrop martini it was cost 12-20 dollars. I thought I heard wrong when the bartender at D&Js said "$6.50" Nice surprise. Driven by for years always thought not for us. We will definitely be back after this experience
