  I went for the aespa concert recently and even bought premium seats at the Cove seating. The people in front of us continued to stand up even though they had a clear view of things.,It's understandable those in the lemon costume wanted recognition, but they need to be considerate. These people were also recording nonstop. Either the seats in the back has to be elevated or what, just very rude. The people in the back of our row were also unable to see, and there were even young fans who were half the adult size that were seating properly. The cove ushers thankfully was able to ask the front row to sit down after a request, but they stood up again. Thankfully my seat on the right was empty, so I was able to see more to my right side. But when aespa walked down to the center stage, it was near impossible to see. Navigating to the Cove was also confusing, there were no clear written instructions and although the staff were very kind and helpful, most of them were also confused too. I have spent alot of money, hotel , time, and traveled different states just to go see them and the selfish people/navigating/seating ruined the whole experienced. the people next to me also drove from another state as well., If the manager or CEO of climate sees this, it would be great if you can evaluate this concern please. It was also unfortunate that Giselle was sick and had to stop her performance, so another unfortunate add on to not having the best experience at climate as it was my first concert of them and first time visiting climate. I hope she recovers well and all the ladies get to rest! I'll give it another chance at climate as the building itself is aesthetic and pretty., and if there was an opportunity, to get the first row. I was even planning to do a membership with climate but I will think again. Not sure if I would expect anything better to be honest.

  10/12 I attended the Rush concert there. Excellent show. I recently had my left knee replaced and my right knee is very bad. After we got through the gates an older attendant asked if I would like a wheel chair. I had not considered that help but happily accepted the offer. Lilly brought a wheel chair and took me and my party to our seats. She provided excellent service to get us to our seats. She then got my information and picked me up after the show and took me to my parked car. Lilly told me she has only been there a little over a month but I just want to express that she totally made my night. Her care and concern for my comfort was above and beyond.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Climate Pledge Arena seeing Rush in concert! What a fantastic venue! The arena is modern, clean, and well-designed, with excellent acoustics that made the concert sound incredible. The seating offered great views of the stage, and the entire atmosphere was electric. Everything was well-organized, from entering the arena to finding our seats. Rush put on an outstanding show, making the evening even more memorable. Climate Pledge Arena is definitely a first-class venue, and we look forward to attending more concerts here in the future. Highly recommend!

  I took a solo weekend trip to Seattle to see the one and only Kehlani Parrish and honestly, I still can’t believe I actually did it. I drove FOUR HOURS to Seattle by myself, paid for my own ticket, added early access, got myself a hotel, explored the city, and showed up to see one of my favorite artists live. What a freaking blessing. Overall Climate Pledge Arena had a really good experience to it but I definitely have some thoughts about the process of getting inside. I paid an additional $100 for early access, and the instructions I initially received told me to enter through Entry 1 or Entry 8. So, naturally, I made sure I knew exactly where those entrances were. I had actually walked to the arena the day before just so I wouldn’t be wandering around looking lost on concert day. Well… I got there, stood at the entrance I was told to use, and NOBODY was there. I bought some merch, got into the appropriate line, and waited. We were told early access would be around 4:00–4:45, but we didn’t actually get inside until closer to 5:00. It wasn’t the end of the world, but considering I paid extra for early access, I definitely expected the process to be a little smoother. Once I got inside, there was a LOT of staff/security directing people around. I followed the directions I was given and ended up downstairs, where I immediately encountered the food and beverage area. I grabbed a cider which was about $15 for ONE cider. Listen… that was a one a done situation. It was good, but y’all are not getting me twice with that price. Then came another little moment of confusion. I thought I could just walk around and find my seat, but I was told to stay with my group. I explained that I was there by myself because this was a solo trip, and the employee clarified what they meant. Totally understandable, but I do think the directions could have been clearer for solo attendees. Eventually, I found my way to my section and even ended up chatting with some other people who were trying to figure out where their seats were too. We initially thought we were somewhere completely different and had to take the elevator down to the floor level. Thankfully, we figured it out and everyone was helpful when we asked. Once I finally sat down, everything changed. I met a young lady sitting near me, we started chatting, and the atmosphere became exactly what I hoped it would be. I was surrounded by people who were just as excited to be there as I was. And THEN the show started. WASEEL was phenomenal. The DJ knew exactly what he was doing and had the energy going from the beginning. Dixson has an absolutely beautiful voice. Like… BEAUTIFUL. I was genuinely impressed. TheARTI$t was adorable and talented, and finding out she was from Jersey made me immediately root for her. Jersey girls represent! And then there was Durand Bernarr. That man is a LEGEND. The talent, the voice, the stage presence …..EVERYTHING. I genuinely believe he’s one of those artists people are going to look back on years from now and say, “I remember when I saw him early in his career.” He is THAT good. And then… KEHLANI of course And she was absolutely beautiful. The performance, the vocals, the energy, the production…….everything about seeing her live was such a surreal experience. I honestly wish the show had been longer because I was having such a good time. I left that arena feeling incredibly grateful. Not just because I got to see Kehlani, but because I got to experience the entire thing by myself. I traveled to another city, figured everything out, navigated a huge arena, met new people, explored Seattle, and made a memory that belongs completely to me. Worth it. Absolutely worth it. I’m so grateful that Kehlani ended up being my first concert experience. 💜 10/10 for the concert. 7/10 for the early-access/arrival organization. And 100/10 for the memory I’m taking home with me.

  1/5 Stars: Total Chaos & Corporate Cash GrabI loved this venue in the 90s as Key Arena, but Climate Pledge Arena is an unorganized, overpriced nightmare. The bands are always great, but the venue management is completely incompetent.The Backstage Disaster: I had legitimate passes to meet Devo. The staff was so uncoordinated they couldn't even find the guest room. They made the band wander around for 20 minutes until the band gave up and left. Staff then lied to us and bum-rushed us out the wrong exit. Bob from Devo later said it was the most mismanaged venue he has ever seen.Insane Price Gouging: They charge $8 for water and $20 for a beer. They have no functional water fountains, making it impossible to refill a bottle. I got severely dehydrated at a previous show because of this.Terrible Food & Chaos: There are barely any food options, and everything is greasy and unhealthy. The staff is clueless—I was told they had no mustard, only to find it sitting right behind the counter myself.No Signage: There are no signs directing you anywhere. Finding the box office is a guessing game, and the main floor merch table bottlenecks because they don't post signs letting you know there is a second merch booth downstairs.Bottom Line: This place hides behind a "green" name but operates on total internal chaos and greed. Avoid concerts here at all costs.
