Inadequate bag check made us over 1/2 hour after concert started to our seats. They need to have more facilities for bag checking so that the bag check line is not four times slower than any other line of people entering the facility. I requested $50 per ticket refund and protested over several weeks and climate pledge Arena refused to honor my request for Refund. They also made no statements that they would even attempt to approve on the bag checking situation. I have seen that there are other Reviews of Situation it appears that they have no intention of resolving this issue or reconciling their poor customer support on this issue. Spoke on the phone with them today and they stated they would not be granting the refund as well. I still feel the refund is owed.

I have a goal to see a game in each WNBA arena. I've worked for the Washington Mystics and the Dallas Wings, and I've seen games in the arenas for the Las Vegas Aces and Los Angeles Sparks. As of yesterday, I can now cross the Seattle Storm off my list. The Climate Pledge Arena is BEAUTIFUL, the entry process was orderly and well-managed, the customer service is top notch, and their garlic parmesan chicken tenders & fries are hands-down THEE BEST arena food I've ever had! Stopped to get pictures with the statues of WNBA legend Sue Bird and NBA legend Lenny Wilkens! #WNBA

Extremely disappointing security experience at Climate Pledge Arena. I attended the YOASOBI concert and was denied entry because a security staff member, Mindi with Allied Universal Event Services, said my bag was too large. She did not measure the bag—she simply looked at it and decided it was oversized. When I asked whether I could temporarily leave the empty bag at the security checkpoint, the staff pointed to a trash can and told me I could leave it there. I found that response incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary. I then went outside and compared my bag with the posted size guide. It looked almost exactly the permitted size. When I said it didn't seem much bigger, Mindi responded along the lines of, “Aha, you admitted it yourself,” as though she had caught me admitting something. Again, nobody actually measured the bag. After I got home, I measured it myself: approximately 14 × 14 inches, consistent with the size limit that was posted. I have photos of both the bag measurement and the posted policy. Because of how this was handled, I had to leave the arena, find and pay for luggage storage, and then return. I missed a significant portion of a concert I had paid to attend. I understand and support reasonable security and bag policies. My issue is with inconsistent enforcement and the way I was treated. If a bag is allegedly over a specific size limit, staff should simply measure it rather than make a judgment by sight, refuse entry, and then argue with the guest. I contacted the arena afterward to give them an opportunity to address this and have not received a resolution. This experience seriously affected what should have been an enjoyable concert.

Climate Pledge is by far one of the best sporting facilities. GREAT food if you can sell an organ on the blackmarket, but $13+ each for concessions is the US standard right? They should seriously consider renegotiating with Din Tai Fung, that just felt So Seattle, and it needs to come back, however Piroskys, WA birria tacos, foot long hotdogs, all the food is good. The crowd...Its Seattle, we stay lit in the Rain 🌧, you will have a great time. Even if you leave a little less rich. 🤩😀😃🤪

1/5 Stars — Unprofessional staff and a complete waste of time We traveled 7 hours to Seattle specifically for the Megan Moroney concert, only for the arena staff to ruin the entire night. Just an hour into the show, staff kicked my girlfriend out based on vague, completely baseless claims about "complaints," offering zero explanation or evidence. The staff here are an absolute joke—unprofessional, power-tripping, and unwilling to communicate like adults. Combined with how terrible of an experience the city of Seattle was overall, this trip was a massive disappointment. Avoid this venue. UPDATE: I called the arena to report how unprofessionally we were treated, and customer service only made it worse. The representative I spoke with was completely condescending and couldn't have cared less about our experience or the fact that staff kicked my girlfriend out for no reason. It is clear that bad attitude and lack of accountability run from the ground staff all the way up through customer service. This venue is horribly managed. Avoid at all costs.
