    Best in the business, foods pretty good, its always clean, the lobby and bar area has some games for free and the staff has always been very professional. It really made it seem like you’re invited to a fancy private showing.

    I had a truly horrible experience here—honestly unbelievable. This was my third visit, and today, I feel compelled to warn anyone coming with kids to be aware in advance. * Unbelievably unfriendly and inflexible food policy toward children * Zero empathy or practical accommodation, despite paying for a “premium” experience I understand and respect the no outside food policy. I fully cooperated when they asked to check my backpack, which only contained my child’s snacks and juice—purely kid-related items. However, the front desk staff still refused to allow them. I kindly offered to leave the items at the front desk and pick them up after the movie, since everything was unopened and throwing, throwing it away felt extremely wasteful, especially considering how many people in the world are still going hungry. But they coldly gave two options: either throw everything away or walk 15 minutes back to the parking lot with my child to leave it in the car and then walk back again. I completely understand that the theater wants customers to purchase food inside to generate revenue. In fact, every time I’ve come before, I’ve made purchases with foods —on average over $45 per person, on top of ticket prices. This place advertises itself as offering a premium experience, but I didn’t see even the most basic level of friendliness or customer care.
