  I HAD SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! The kids loved the glow in the dark theme and had a great time over all. The staff were super kind and helpful.

  The mini golf course has ok holes but the majority of them are way too hard and the environment is super overstimulating (unless you like flashing lights and super loud noises)

  All the workers were super kind, great atmosphere. The place is well kept and nicely decorated. We played mini golf and had a great time!

  We visited Monster Mini Golf in Bellevue with my family expecting a fun glow-in-the-dark mini golf outing, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. The environment felt poorly maintained overall. While we were actively playing, a staff were cleaning the area using strong chemicals that created a overpowering heavy chemical smell throughout golf course. This made it uncomfortable and unpleasant for us, as we were breathing it in during our game. It seemed like poor timing on their part—no one should have to deal with heavy toxic odors while trying to enjoy an activity. Additionally, the staff appeared undertrained when it came to managing the music. The volume was loud and not at a family-friendly level, making it hard to hear each other or fully enjoy the game. It felt more like a club atmosphere than a place suitable for families with children. A bit more attention to volume control. The concept of glow mini golf is creative and has potential, but these issues really detracted from what should have been a positive family outing. We hope management addresses their cleaning practices, music volume, and overall staff training to make it a better experience for future visitors.

  A person suggested to visit this location, and we came here on a Sunday 5 PM. The customer service at checkout was fast and transactional. But the staff of the golf course lack of common sense. At first, the environment seemed suitable for parents with children, but later we discovered the golf course area are being supervised by inexperienced staffs they hired. Customers were having trouble communicating with each other, because their hearings were being damaged by some punk employee who decided to turn the mini golf place into a techno disco night club kind of vibe. The music they played with a base over head was way too loud the entire time and along with some annoying loud alarm they blasted every 10 minutes was unnecessary. At the same time while me and my family tried to enjoy our evening playing mini golf, some staff at the check in entrance suddenly abandoned her post and intrude our golf area, and she started spraying Harsh Chemicals everywhere all over the golf course, while it was filled with customers. The nasty taste and smell lasted all the way till we left, and the harsh chemicals she sprayed all over indoor has sting our eyes, and we could even taste it in our mouth and smell it on our clothes during and after the golf events. The design of the mini golf course was interesting, but some of their employees lack of professionalism, and were under trained. Please update your employees with common sense, and educate them to follow the standard Health and Safety protocols to make this place a better place for families with children to enjoy without hearing damage and absorbing excessive use of hash chemicals you used indoor. We won’t visit this location again. If anyone is looking for a great mini golf course that is appropriately supervised and customer friendly, try visit Topgolf at Bellevue Washington, we visited there last year and had better experience with their customer service at that time.
