  Order popcorn with no butter. It came wrong. Asked them to fix it and it came with even more butter. The place is pretty expensive, too.

  Extremely disappointing experience. Went in for a movie and the sound system was genuinely poor, muffled, uneven, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a paid theater experience. I raised it with the supervisor mid-show, hoping for a quick fix. She said she would “take a look at it.” Nothing changed. To make it worse, when I followed up, her response was dismissive and frankly rude - not the kind of attitude you’d expect from someone in a customer-facing role, let alone a supervisor. So between a broken viewing experience and management that clearly couldn’t be bothered, I walked out having wasted $18 and an entire evening. If you can’t deliver basic audio quality and you can’t train your supervisors to respond to legitimate complaints with even basic courtesy, you shouldn’t be charging full price. Won’t be back, and I’d encourage others to think twice before booking here.

  Really appreciated Zach at the ticket counter! I messed up my seat selection online and he went above and beyond to help me out and make the best of a great movie. Thank you!!

  Very poor customer service at Cinemark IMAX Bellevue (North Building) on 04/17 around 10:55 PM. We ordered pretzels and a large drink, and specifically asked for a “bucket of popcorn.” Since it was our first time at this location, we were unsure of the sizing. The staff member asked “medium or large,” and due to confusion we said “medium.” However, instead of clarifying properly, we were given popcorn in a bag, not a bucket as we expected. When we immediately tried to correct the order and offered to pay the difference for a large, we were told it could not be changed. A manager was called, and instead of helping resolve the situation, we were told we would have to “void the entire order and pay again,” even though the food was already prepared and we were simply trying to upgrade and pay the difference. We explained we were getting late for our show and just wanted a simple solution, but the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. Our pretzels were withheld briefly during the confusion, and we had to question whether we would even receive the food we already paid for. Eventually, it was handed over very rudely, with the manager saying “just leave,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The manager also acted disrespectfully, saying “I don’t hear you” and laughing at our accent, which felt straight out racism, humiliating and inappropriate. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily rude, unhelpful, and stressful over a simple order adjustment.
