  We had such a wonderful experience at Big Air Trampoline Park for our Pre-K graduation party! The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, welcoming, and helpful from beginning to end. We had a group of teenagers helping us, and they did an incredible job! They were respectful, attentive, and so patient with all of our little ones. Not one bad attitude—they were truly wonderful! I completely forgot to order a cookie or cake, and it honestly slipped my mind. But one of the young staff members went above and beyond and brought us a huge cotton candy treat, which our preschoolers absolutely LOVED! It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture and made our celebration even more special. 💕 Our Pre-K graduation party was a huge success, and the kids had an amazing time! We truly appreciate everyone at Big Air for helping make such a special day memorable for our graduates and families. We will definitely be booking Big Air again next year!

  I would like to leave a very positive review for this employee! He was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. He was very friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. You can tell that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service and making sure customers have a good experience. I would like to leave a very positive review for Omch Thank you so much for the excellent service and positive attitude! Employees like him truly deserve recognition and appreciation.   Please never go to this business. Two weeks ago, my dad and I booked a slot for my son’s 6th birthday party on August 22nd. When we arrived, an employee told us they had double-booked our slot and that we would have to wait two hours. They offered no help, treated us with a terrible, sassy attitude, and discriminated against us. On the 26 of August is my son’s official birthday he wanted to go to Big Air to jump and play for a few hours. I filled out the waiver, but when we tried to sign in, the manager asked for our names and told my dad and me that we are "banned" because of last Saturday's situation. As a mother who just wanted to make her son's birthday perfect, I have never felt so violated, discriminated against, and rejected. Please avoid this place.

  Had an amazing party thanks to the greeter Clarence. He was welcoming and helpful during the whole process. Made throwing my daughter's 11th birthday party so much smoother. Pizza and drinks were served as soon as our party time started along with a party host who grabbed use more drinks if needed, and then they gave use a cotton candy tower for the party as well. Along with giving me so much patience when I was herding the children out of the party room and tidied it as much as I could for them. Absolutely recommend. Probably will be getting a membership after this party as well. Wonderful staff for sure.

  I love this place! My son can just go crazy and run out his energy and I get to sit on the parent couches (that could be a bit more high backed and comfortable) and plug away at stuff. The music is even good! Today we were there enjoying the Monday promotion (3 hrs for $27) and Kelmin went above and beyond to make the experience extra special for my son and my best friend’s daughter (who came with us one other time and loved it so much she came back and her Mom even had me buy two more pairs of the special socks because her daughter won’t stop wearing them). I didn’t need a reason to love Big Air more, but Kelmin did it today. Give him a raise for his awesome above and beyond service! Some tips, fill out the waiver online ahead of time so your kids aren’t stressing you out because they want to go and play, feed them an hour before so their food settles, and wait for Cafe treats until after they’re done, and check out the promotions and time your visit for them.
