Just called the store to ask about a Showtime at late night because I don't have time throughout the day to just set aside time to go to a movie. I work practically all day so at night times are usually the time I am able to go out and do stuff and when I'm told that their last showtime is at 10:05 when I'm looking on their website and it says The movie I was gonna go see was at 10:10 and when I drove up at 10:15, the doors were locked. I will not be going to this theater ever again. I didn't know that you locked the doors five minutes to you're supposed last show

My review is purely based on poor customer service skills. In the picture you can see the custom popcorn containers, Michael Myers is labeled to be $10. They had several different kind of popcorn containers from old movies on clearance. I was stoked & since they were all still there after being at the movies 2.5hrs, I went to purchase Michael Myers. The cashier said $42+, I pointed to the display and let them know it’s supposed to be $10. They grabbed what I assume was the manager & another associate. The manager proceeds to tell me the price was mismarked and they had told whoever labeled them to fix it earlier. Umm okay but this is still mis--marked now and it clearly states it’s $10, what happened to the customer is always right. No budge, when something is priced incorrectly when is it ever the customers problem? It took everything inside me not walk over and fix their issue that they were too incompetent to fix and tear off their $10 price tag! Not to mention the last Halloween movie was 4 years ago, RUDE! This was my 1st time at the movie theater in years and it will be my last!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Cinema Perfection! If you’re looking for the ultimate spot to catch a flick, this is it. From the second you walk through the doors, the vibe is immaculate. * The Visuals & Audio: Crystal-clear projection and a sound system that literally rattles your chest in the best way possible. Total immersion. * The Comfort: Elite-tier seating. You can kick back, stretch out, and actually relax without feeling like you're trapped in a cramped box. * The Concessions: Fresh, hot, perfectly buttered popcorn and ice-cold drinks to fuel the cinematic journey. Zero complaints. Know that you need to butter the popcorn, just ask to butter a few times. Home setups are cool and all, but nothing beats the big screen, killer sound, and sheer atmosphere of a proper theater experience. Five stars all around—if you aren't watching movies here, what are you even doing? 🎬🍿

Movie was good, but I went home after wards, 2 hours later throwing up all the popcorn I ate from here. Seen a young child also throwing up before I went in and sat down to watch the movie, should have taken the hint and not eaten the popcorn.
