  i went and i don’t appreciate how i bout 5 cards and the dude at the prize booth told me i didn’t buy it even though i did and when i called they were acting slow

  The kids enjoy it. Its unnecessarily loud. The price is ok if you do a party package. We have done 2 parties for our girl scouts troop. The first time the service was decent. The second time was a train wreck. It is nice and clean though.

  This place is in shambles. Not a single staff member wanted to work, and that’s if you could find anyone. Bar was left vacant multiple times for long periods. Bartender has zero bar experience or training. Numerous health violations were visible from front of house, so I can imagine the back, stick to canned drinks for your safety. Every single activity is in bad condition and not well maintained. The bowling alley is in very poor condition and the shoes and approach are a slip hazard. We purchased the all you can play activities pass, and we left after just one round of everything. Honestly, this place looks great at first glance but it is not being managed or maintained at all. Very disappointing experience. I’ve never seen a D&B’s, Round1, or Taito anywhere near as bad as this place and they all usually get even more traffic.

  Very horrible run place save ur money and go to Dave and Busters. Got to the restaurant no one to greet us waited 10 minutes before anyone came over then sat at the table 10-15 before a waitress finally come over. Took 20 just to get one drink from bar. Everyone sitting down or on there phone or sitting down on there phones. They act like ur the problem by making them do anything. Gift shop workers are horrible on the phone the whole time and rude. The one in Knoxville is so much better this one is a big disappointment

  I'll be honest, I don't really review places nearly as much as I used to. But this stood out. Sound dampening was non-existent. I recorded decibel levels as high as 105db in certain areas. Arcade in what is essentially a warehouse, I get it. But this seemed excessive. Dave and busters, spare time, and Frankie's all managed to be quieter. The Laser tag was lame. The employee gave us no instructions, didn't really look up and only told us to "go in". If you want fun laser tag go to Frankie's or Spare Time, they are both better. And Frankie's is usually cheaper. Bowling was fun. The Velcro shoes are actually very nice as far as that goes. We had an interesting time with a drunk person from another party interrupting, but that can happen anywhere so no points off there. Arcade pricing was fair, but in our party of 4 most of the "4 player" machines were either not working correctly or outright broken. All in we spent like $300 as group of 4. $50 a person for a game card, plus a $3 a person power up. Whatever that was. $80ish for 4 people to bowl. $45ish (it may have been less, can't remember now) Food is a good price when compared to Dave and busters. Service overall was lackluster, and I suspect part of it was simply too many people, not enough employees, and just how dang loud the place was. My ears rang like I had just been to a concert after we left. Will not be returning.
