  The movie was good, but a bit too loud during the battle scenes. I had ear plugs with me. The reclining chairs were very comfy and made watching the screen easy. I did not purchase any food or drink.

  I wish there was an option for 0 stars this place is so disgusting and unprofessional. Managers do not care for their employees what so ever. I’ve complained about three times already about their being mouses in the theater and everytime we tell a manger they say “Oh we didn’t see it so we can’t give a refund “ the assistant manager Joan was the one who said this. This very selfish of them to not care for customers health. This place should be shut down. In the past 2 months I’ve seen a rat every time i’ve went and never received any type of refund. The last straw was yesterday when my nephew foot was by a dead mouse in front of the Concession!!!!!

  Truly enjoyed our experience at Cinemark! The reclining seats are insanely comfortable, and guilt free! With the way the rows are spaced, you can lean all the way back without worrying your head will be in the lap of someone behind you. We ended up with front row seats, and with the reclining seats, we were totally fine. We opted to order our food and drinks ahead of time on the app, which I highly recommend doing because the line was long at concessions. The food & drinks were ready right on time and super easy to pick up. I appreciated that there was a security member in the hallway at all times. They have surprisingly smaller bathrooms than what you would expect for a larger building, but they were clean.

  This theater is usually very nice, not super big which gives it a cozy feel. However, when I recently went, a big rat was scurrying across the theater under all of the seats during the movie. I understand that it's hard to keep out pests, but where there is one mouse there is almost always another. It was hard to enjoy the movie while wondering if there was a mouse scurrying under your feet. Had a nice time overall but this definitely set a bad vibe for my movie experience.

  Heated-Recliners are amazing, they are very comfortable, it's plush and extra padded overall. Standard screen and XD have everything going for it. Screen Sizes, Picture Quality, Audio quality are all very easily better than your local AMC/Regal Locations. XD format is better than IMAX (Local Locations) and Standard format is significantly better than what's offered at AMC and Regal. Also this is coming from someone who used to love the AMC New Brunswick 18 Location. I was a regular there. Tried this Cinemark Spot twice: one Standard and one XD showings and it's safe to say that I am never going back to the AMC Location.
