  This is my favorite theater; I've been coming since it opened in 2019. That said, the owners, managers, and the health department need to take heed and address the rodent situation. This goes beyond a normal sighting. I understand revenue loss in this economy isn't great, but wouldn't it be better to have patrons not fear something running across their feet or up and down the aisles? This has been addressed in the reviews for more than six months; it's time to act now.

  I Will say 1st that this is my favorite movie theater around... thats only if I'm sitting in the XD theater room. The past 6 month, everytime we watch a movie in the other rooms, theres several moths flying around and mice running up and down. Today was the last straw. We killed 4 moths and a rat literally ran across our aisle. If our feet were not included it would have ran through our feet. The floor was super greasy and the rat was eating from under the chairs and running across. We left and demanded a refund and the guy behind us also left. The service and people working there are super nice and friendly, the pizza hut pizza and popcorn is good, the XD room is amazing. Its the smaller movie rooms within the theater that are gross. They need to get properly cleaned, fumigated and mouse traps need to be set before closing. Rats running across while people are in the theater is not normal and shows that they always have mice running around for them to do that out in the open. Because if this, if the movie isn't playing in the XD room, I will be going to another movie theater. We wasted gas driving 20 min there and spent money on food and drinks just to leave right before the movie started

  Took my daughter today for her very first movie. This was all at 11:30 am on a Saturday. Movie was good the staff experience was terrible asked for a large popcorn i said this popcorn is stale the employee said then don't get it i asked for a pizza 3 employees said we are out came out an hour later and they are selling pizza said to the one employee from earlier I thought you were out his response was a shoulder shrug and do you want one. Went to the bathroom and there was a rat behind the toilet and one under the sink. I will not be back here and will be calling the health department.

  This Cinemark location has deteriorated due to a rodent infestation. Despite contacting them on June 23rd, I haven’t received any response. Recent reviews indicate their indifference and inaction. I’ve switched to another location and avoid this one entirely.

  Very disappointing experience at Cinemark. My family and I went to see the showing of Spider-Man, and around 10:00 p.m., the movie froze and completely shut off. We had no idea what was going on. An employee told us to wait about 15 minutes, but 30 minutes went by with little to no communication. People were understandably getting frustrated and leaving. When we went to the front, a young female manager was handing out recheck passes, but she was not really explaining what had happened or helping resolve the situation. Eventually, they restarted the entire movie from the beginning instead of putting it back to where it stopped. We were told they couldn’t fast-forward to the part where the movie had stopped. At that point, we would have been sitting there until around 2 a.m. just to finish a movie we had already been watching for hours. On top of everything, I also noticed mice moving around inside the theater. That was extremely concerning and honestly made the whole experience even worse. I understand that technical issues can happen, but the way this situation was handled was very frustrating. I paid for our tickets and snacks and expected a normal movie experience. Instead, we spent a large portion of the night waiting, received very little communication, and then were basically told to come back another time. I reached out to corporate and I was able to get my money back.
