Some terrible issue with the speaker system at XD screen 10. Please fix this immediately. I have been there multiple times and yesterday was the first time, the sound system at Screen 10 was totally messed up. I even raised the concern with the front desk, but no change after that also.

Guy at the front almost didn’t let me go see a R rated movie. Said I needed ID. I’m 25 and have a beard. Power tripped until a coworker just said “your good just go in”

The movie was supposed to start at 7 pm but nothing came out. We were told that there’s technical issue so it got postponed to 7:45 pm. Still the movie was not on and they said the movie was not downloaded correctly and they cannot get it played until 8:30 pm. Highly unprofessional. Also the hot dog has wax-paper stick on it and the nacho tasted like soap. Worst movie theater experiences ever (I understand things could go wrong sometimes but this is very disappointed since this movie won’t come back to theater in the future. We did get the ticket refund plus a free movie ticket, which I appreciated).

I always choose this theater to go watch a movie because it has comfortable seating, good food, and good service. Other theaters like AMC don’t have good service and is filled with a lot of immature people, unlike this theater they provide a great and positive atmosphere, I recommend this place.

Terrible! RATS EVERYWHERE! I saw rats running across the isles and under the seats, this is the second time I’ve been here where this has happened. I told the manager and she laughed, and then I went back to the movie. Then a BIG RAT literally went crawling up my seat, that’s where I draw the line and got up and just left. Unacceptable! This is an ongoing problem, and by the looks of the other reviews they haven’t done anything to fix it. Health department should shut this place down asap
