  Dont come here. Disgusting staff. Came to the theater on this beautiful Sunday morning to watch a movie with my family & kids & had the WORST experience with this worker named Ella. She was the rudest & the most entitled person we have ever encountered and scarred my kids. It was such an embarrassing moment in front of my family. She made a scene because my children didnt have id’s even though my husband and I did and grabbed her assistant manager Felicia, who was just as disrespectful and rude. What a terrible customer service experience from Ella and Felicia, just terrible. We didnt even get to watch the movie. This has to be the worst and dirtiest movie theater ran by people who have no idea what they’re doing. Ruined our family’s sunday funday.

  This movie theater was pretty cool I watched mother Mary back in April and it was a magical thrilling movie Anna halfaway did perfect in this movie and the theater was pretty decent I wish this theater have a IMAX but still I pretty good theater to go to but 🥺 please!!! Cinemark watching and xd get IMAX I need it bad

  lol went to this theater today to see Micheal and two ladies … white blonde hair and another African American … just went inside the theaters without a ticket … they sat on our seats and since the movie theaters was empty I didn’t make a big deal about it so we sat behind them …. But I realize people don’t pay to go to the movie theaters early morning they just get in FREE !!!! Because there isn’t no one to check your tickets that early in the day. So these ladies literally didn’t pay for their tickets. They just walked in free of entry.

  I really enjoyed this theater until today Sunday 4/26/2026. Purchased a 12:50pm ticket in advance on Thursday 4/23/2026 to see Michael. I was pretty excited, that’s until I had to ask for a refund before the movie started due to a rodent problem. Unfortunately there was a rat in the XD theater (theater room 10) running around in the J row where the movie was being shown! This was very disappointing and very unsanitary! However the staff was kind and very apologetic that’s why I gave 2 stars! Please correct this problem. Also the floors in the restroom were very very very sticky.

  I have gone to this theatre before and previously saw no issues with cleanliness. However, the most recent visit was the exact opposite. I arrived early for the movie showing and was absolutely disgusted and appalled to see a mouse scurrying around which rightly so prompted us to leave. We had to be inconvenienced to rush to another movie theatre with barely any time to spare. We reported this to one of the workers who issued a refund but no mention of plan to follow up with a manager about this serious health concern. There are also other reviews in which people have had the same complaint dating back to months and one included a picture. I don’t see how nothing has been done. If you don’t mind keeping company with Jerry and crew, then this is a place for you, if not then stay FAR AWAY!!!
