  Loved it. Clean theater, seat were comfortable, affordable prices for the movies, staff was wonderful ... however, I attended a 930pm show and my popcorn was not fresh. This is my new spot to see a movie, but No concession for me.

  Nice place to go and watch some movies, its simple there nothing crazy. I like it better then some big theaters, also when you done you can do a little shopping in the area when you come out or grab a bite to eat depending on what you want to do

  I absolutely love Cinemark Somerdale 16. It’s become my go-to theater because the experience is always consistently good. The recliner seats are super comfortable, the theaters are clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. What really stands out is how relaxed the atmosphere feels compared to a lot of other theaters in the area. Parking is easy, it’s usually not overly crowded, and the XD theater is awesome for big movies. The sound and picture quality are excellent. You can tell they care about keeping the place nice. Definitely one of the best movie theater experiences in South Jersey.

  I’ve had an overall great experience at Cinemark. The theater itself is comfortable, and everything runs smoothly when it comes to showtimes and seating. The staff really stand out they’re friendly and always helpful, which makes each visit more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, as they can be a bit better maintained. Aside from that, everything else is pretty good. Overall, it’s a great place to catch a movie, and I’d definitely recommend it.

  My experience on Sunday is truly UNREAL. I arrived about 15 minutes early for a showing of Michael (amazing film btw!) and got in line for concessions with my group of six. The line was so slow that the movie started while we were still standing there, forcing us to leave the line and go in without anything. During the movie, I needed to get a drink. I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy, and staying hydrated is important. I watched someone sitting next to me leave and come back shortly after with concessions. When I asked if the line was shorter, she told me she used DoorDash pickup. GENIUS life hack. I placed an order for a drink for myself, and other stuff for the rest of my group. My order was confirmed, I was charged, and I received a notification that it was ready. I left the movie and waited at the pickup area for over 15 minutes. An employee told me someone was working on it. After even more waiting, and seeing no one handling my stuff, I asked again. Then, I tried to simply cancel the order on DoorDash since I was missing so much of the movie, but it wouldn't let me cancel because it was "in progress." Then, I asked for a manager to cancel it. The manager told me they had no record of my order. I showed my receipt with the correct theater address and confirmation. She said there was no way to cancel and refused to fulfill it. I returned to the movie, and DoorDash would still not allow cancellation. They also refused a refund because, according to them, Cinemark accepted the order. DoorDash said I had to handle this with Cinemark. No one at the theater would help, so I contacted Cinemark customer service. They replied and said, “We do not control DoorDash orders. That is something you would have to contact DoorDash.” That response is completely unacceptable. You cannot list your location on DoorDash, accept orders through the platform, and then deny responsibility when something goes wrong, especially when customers are being charged and receiving nothing. Pictured is the charge on my card. I missed about 30 minutes of the movie and spent $20 on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Do better.
