  Use many occasions with outings love the movie experience. As with all theaters lots walking or distance w wheelchairs and walkers to get to each respective theater but worth it. Ample comfortable seating recliner. Ample free parking Lots of clean accessible bathrooms. Food court fresh snd well supplied at reg prices. Many movie selections

  Normally I don’t like to write or share reviews, but being the experience here was a bit ridiculous I’d thought I’d share. I came here Sunday afternoon for the showing of Spider-Man brand new day, 12:25 pm. About a week in advance, I ordered mobile delivery for my wife, mine, and my kids popcorn and drinks. Keep in mind, about a week or so in advance. The mobile delivery is not free, it’s not something you just choose when you checkout and is an option without an extra fee tacked on. Granted it was busy, but from 12:25- 12:45 pm my delivery was scheduled, and the food and drinks did not come within the expected window time frame. I walk outside to the side desk that handles these orders. I wait for someone to acknowledge me which happened to be a young woman, with a nose ring and tattoo behind her ear. Didn’t get her name but she looked at me as if I had no business being at the desk. I read off the order number to my order and calmly asked if it was being worked on being that we hadn’t received anything. She looked at me as if she was even annoyed to take care of me and rudely explained that she “must’ve put the order in, and there’s no way it wasn’t made.” I explained it wasn’t. Again, she rudely responds and says “well I’ll just make it right now, what’s your order?” I read off my order and she begins making it. She was under the assumption I was going to carry everything back to my seat, I explained I paid for delivery and I would like the food delivered, not for me to carry everything back, hence the reason I paid the extra fee. She snaps at me, says she will “give me a bag,” and “I’m only one person, what do you want me to do.” How rude, unacceptable and ridiculous. She then walks away and a much larger gentleman with a blonde ponytail comes out, I’m assuming the manager possibly? He was very short, dismissive and did not want to hear what had happened. I asked why my food and drinks didn’t come out, and his reply is “I don’t have an answer for you, what’s your order?” I eventually end up giving my order and explaining where I’m located. But the entire interaction felt as if they were making me out to be the one who was wrong for asking when all I was doing was simply requesting a service that I had paid for. Instead of displaying customer service skills and offering an apology for them dropping the ball on my order, I recieved a short nasty attitude instead, and was told that “there’s a lot going on.” That’s understandable that it’s busy, it’s a popular movie, I get that. All I wanted was for the problem to be fixed without me feeling like it was a hassle or I’m the one who’s being unreasonable. You should expect someone to question or expect to receive a service that they have already PAID for in advance. Not quickly dismiss me and try to get me away from the counter by handing me my food and drinks, if that was the case I would’ve waited in line like everyone else. This theater needs to train their employees better on customer service skills or replace their employees with people who know how to be accommodating and courteous. We usually never have a problem but I’m very disappointed in this experience.

  This is me and my family's favorite movie theater to go to. We have a theater less than 10 minutes from our house but we drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this theater.

  Dear [Manager Name/Customer Service Team], I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent visit to your theater. I was disappointed to find that the registers were already closed before the movie had even started. While I understand closing down the popcorn machine and the ovens ahead of time, I expected to at least be able to purchase drinks and snacks. All I wanted to buy was a bottle of water, but staff refused to sell it to me because the registers were already shut down. I would appreciate it if you could clarify your policy regarding concession closing times, as refusing service before the showtimes begin makes for a poor customer experience.
