I would not even rate this place a one. My friends and I went to this movie theaters and they asked to see our ids which their conduct never stated we needed one. Then, my friends and I proceeded to write reviews about this. Cinemark then deleted the comments. Which is a violation of our amendments. 1st Amendment freedom of speech and freedom to the press. Which means we can write whatever we choose as long as it is not violating what you can say. Taking away someone’s freedom of speech or to the press is never ok. Maybe know your rights like we do! Also, stick to your conduct and make sure you know your rules before telling a customer they can not watch a movie. It’s simple! Do your job!

Bought my ticket online, then i was told i wasn’t allowed into the movie by two workers continuously. Me and my friends told them that we were 17 and they asked for id even though it never states you need to show id in their policy. We even tried going in with my friends mom and they still wouldn’t let us in. This is honestly just really disappointing becuase we were excited to go out and see a movie together and this is what happens. There are no third spaces for teenagers anymore yet adults complain that we’re always on our phone. Shame the workers that day. (the movie was Other Mommy btw)
