  First time going to a movie theater since I was a kid so I could see Supergirl. What a great way to beat the ~110° heat wave. You could smell the popcorn before you even walked in. Employees were kind, helpful, and chatty. Tickets were only $11 and change. The theater itself and the chairs were clean, but I also went to a 9am movie on a weekday 😂 Will come back for sure

  Hidden gem , best ever recliners , almost becomes your bed 😃…. until I discovered this always used to travel out of Morganville , ample parking peaceful and the best movies showcased, watch disclosure day recently

  I tried giving this theater another chance, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. Last night, we were planning to go buy tickets to see Scary Movie and obviously wanted popcorn and drinks. We also saw the Toy Story merch and decided to purchase it, assuming the included drink and popcorn could simply be given separately. Apparently not. I'm not sure what the issue was, but the guy helping us was extremely rude and acted as though we were making an unreasonable request. There was a lot of attitude and unnecessary hand gestures over something that should have been a simple customer service interaction. Considering the cup costs almost $20 and the popcorn bucket is nearly $30, asking for the included drink and popcorn separately shouldn't have been a problem. Instead, I was charged separately for a drink. I've been to Cinemark multiple times and have never had an issue getting the drink/popcorn on the side. Maybe there's a policy I'm unaware of, but that wasn't the frustrating part… the poor attitude was. Customer-facing jobs require patience and professionalism, and if dealing with customers is that much of an inconvenience, retail and theater service may not be the right fit.

  I attended this theater for a Monmouth Film Festival screening of Power Ballad. The theater itself was well kept and clean. It is not tiered stadium seating, everything is on the same level, but the seats are comfortable, spacious and they do recline. Theater staff were very friendly and attentive and I saw staff continuously cleaning the premises. None of the trash cans were overflowing with trash, the bathrooms were clean and stocked, and it was a busy Friday evening. I only took a star off because the theater food was terrible. The chips for the nachos tasted really weird, the nacho cheese was fine which made the chips somewhat bareable, but not really. The pizza was pretty much cardbord with tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni. The drinks were typical theater drinks which was fine and the only reprieve from the terrible food. I did not have any popcorn (not a fan of kernels getting stuck in my teeth), although many other moviegoers did and it looked and smelled as movie popcorn should! Overall great movie watching experience, minus the food I mentioned! LoL

  Me and six of my friends went to go see the back rooms movie on opening night. We had no problem getting tickets. We were heading in and they were scanning our tickets and the man working the tickets had no issue with us letting in that movie. This movie was so amazing but when we were just getting to the best part of the movie, a security guard started coming around and came up to kids who were under 17. Keep in mind me and my friends were 15 and 14. They are no problem, letting us in at all. They came up to us and the one security guard gave us sass and said if you don’t have a parent or ID with you get out. Then my friend called her mom on the phone and was like hey can you attest that we were allowed in and that you’re OK with this and the security guard yelled at her and said get out unless they come here you’re not allowed back in the theater. We walked out accompanied by security and all the other kids who got kicked out and then we got a refund for the money, but that is not fair that they kicked us out after they let us in. If you wanna go see an R-rated movie do not come to the cinema also by the way Ashley at the box office is on top. Thank you, Ashley.
