  I had a beautiful experience at IPIC Theater in Fort Lee. The seats were incredibly comfortable, and I truly enjoyed the service throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience standout.

  It’s a clean place, adult setting but at the same time shows sophistication for children. Comfortable seats. Parking validation offered.

  I'm a regular at the downtown iPic location, but this Fort Lee location is noticeably better — and I'll be coming back here from now on. Watched The Devil Wears Prada and the whole experience was just great. Staff was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The food and drinks were a highlight too — I had the pear infused ginger mule which I highly recommend: well balanced, not too sweet, just right. We also got sweet potato fries and chicken nachos for sharing. The nacho portion was generous — we couldn't finish it. IPic already sets a high bar for the movie theater experience, but this location clears it. Looking forward to many more movies here. Also, there is a parking lot across the street. Prices are already low but you can validate the ticket for up to 4 hours in the lobby of the theater. Free parking is a treat these days, especially if you drive from Manhattan.

  This theatre really deserves 5 stars, it’s the most elevated movie theatre I’ve been too with a beautiful bar, huge bathrooms and really nice seats in the theatre and even provide a blanket and it’s dine in! The reason I cannot give it a 5 star review was thank you to the woman taking tickets at the front register. My friend and I drove for nearly an hour and a half, 2 hours because of traffic and arrived 40 minutes late to our movie because I got lost traveling to the theatre for my first time, we are not from the area. When we arrived, the woman scanned our tickets and made a big WHOOOOO I CAN SMELL THAT FROM HERE with a huge look of disgust on her face. She didn’t try to hide her disgust, didn’t try to hide her dissatisfaction, was very rude and quite frankly if I didn’t drive for so long to come join our friend that was waiting for us inside the theatre already, I would have left immediately. When we got upstairs the man I guess that owns the building or was ushering hit us with a “come on guys you’re 40 minutes late” and I told him we got lost and it was actually our first time- which our first impression was continuing to worsen. He offered to move us to a later time and I politely declined and said we had someone waiting for us. Again with the blatant displeasure. I get that you guys as a business look amazing and may be doing well, but customer service and how you treat people is everything. I can appreciate the offer to move my time so I can enjoy the parts of the movie I sadly missed, but the blatant displeasure from both and disgust from the woman at the front door especially was beyond me and I hope she is spoken to. This took place 4/24/26 around 12:40pm. Whoever was on shift at the front, there was. Man talking to her at the time. I’m sure you can run the cameras back or check your schedules and please address her blatant rudeness and how to address incoming guests politely.

  I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always so lovely- yesterday we were greeted by 3 people just on our way to the theatre from the escalator. The service is fantastic, it’s so clean, and the seats are so comfy. My favorite thing to do is catch happy hour at City Perch and then see a movie. It’s not what I would not consider inexpensive but the prices also aren’t outrageous (especially coming from Manhattan). Every time I go it’s 10/10.
