  Great experience here! The environment is definitely a vibe, clean, and we had a great server (Marcella), she was very nice and outgoing. She provided great customer service.

  The arcade and bowling are fun but it’s the staff that makes sure the experience is what you’re looking for! Jamill made sure all of our snacks and drinks were exactly what we ordered and out to us asap. She even delivered them to the bowling lanes herself!

  Really cool place with a huge variety of arcade games! There were even several machines I had never seen or played before. Definitely worth stopping by, even if just to add another fun experience to your collection of memories. The restrooms were clean, the bar area was spotless, and the bartender was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Overall, we had a great experience. However, the owners should definitely check some of the arcade machines. A few of them simply don’t work, but they still charge your card when you try to play. Also, a heads-up for anyone coming here to play: if you see one of those machines where a robotic arm is supposed to pick up prizes, don’t waste your money. You won’t win anything. It seems to be programmed in a way that prevents the robot from actually picking up the prizes. We tried, and it simply wouldn’t lift anything. Save your credits for the other games!

  First time here! We had a group of 3 for bowling! No wait time and staff was very friendly! We had Marcella as our waitress/helper in the bowling alley! She was fantastic and super attentive!!

  We were excited to check out Main Event, but unfortunately it was one disappointment after another. As soon as we arrived, we paid extra for a VIP bowling lane and were told the wait would only be 30 minutes. While we waited, we ordered an appetizer at the bar. An hour and a half later, our lane was finally ready. Before we could head over, I spent another 10 minutes at the bar trying to pay for the appetizer while being completely ignored by the bartenders. When we got to our lane, it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. There was someone else’s dirty drink still sitting on the table, the table itself hadn’t been wiped down, and there was food all over the floor around our seating area. We ordered a pizza that came out incorrectly. Since it wasn’t what we ordered, we didn’t eat it. The only resolution offered was a $10 discount. The service throughout the night was incredibly slow, and even our server commented on how bad the service has become. To make matters worse, after waiting so long to bowl, our game shut off about 15 minutes early and completely erased our scores. Next, we tried laser tag. The arena is extremely small and definitely not worth the price. Hoping the arcade would be better, we used the rest of our credits there. Unfortunately, a majority of the games were either broken or took our credits without working. The customer service line was so long with other people reporting the same issues that it wasn’t worth wasting even more time trying to get our credits back. What surprised me most is how new this location is. It already feels poorly maintained, dirty, and disorganized. From the cleanliness to the service and broken attractions, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We won’t be coming back. With Spare Time less than a mile away offering a cleaner facility, better-maintained games, and much better service, there’s really no reason to choose Main Event.
