  My family of three visited the Greensboro North Carolina location a couple weeks ago. Even though a lot of the machines were broken, we had a good time. There is a good variety of games and Jamil who works in the Restaurant was excellent. She took great care of us.

  The absolutely worst experience at a place like this area. All employees do is gather inside the gift shop and talk and sit on the counters. Gross! Every time we needed help all we got was “I’m not sure” or “I can move you to another lane.” Would never send my kids here without an adult to speak for them. Employees act like they hate their job. Nobody to tend to food and beverages. 10/10 do not recommend! If I could give them a zero I would

  We had such an amazing experience at Main Event in Greensboro! My best friend had her son’s birthday party here, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the manager, Marty, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and so sweet with all of the kids. They made everyone feel welcome and helped make the party so much fun. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure families have a great experience. We had an absolute blast, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I’ll also be recommending Main Event to friends and family. Thank you for making it such a memorable birthday celebration! 🩷🥳

  We had such a great time at Main Event Greensboro! The place was clean, well kept, and there was plenty to do for everyone. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was honestly better than we expected for an entertainment spot. Everything came out hot, fresh, and really good. Between the bowling, arcade, food, and overall atmosphere, it was a perfect family outing. We made some great memories and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a fun place with good food and great service, I’d definitely recommend Main Event Greensboro!

  We spent $53 at Main Event and honestly felt like we got very little value for the money. Half of the arcade machines were either marked “Out of Service” or would take credits from our card and then display messages such as “No Balls to Play.” When it happened the first time, we went to the prize counter and had the credits refunded, but after it happened again, we didn’t even bother. The noise level was also overwhelming. Every machine seemed to be set at maximum volume, creating an extremely uncomfortable environment. If it felt that loud and overstimulating for us, I can only imagine how difficult it would be for someone who is neurodivergent or has sensory sensitivities. Even the Dippin Dots machine was out of service. We won a small ball from one of the games, but it never came out of the machine. Throughout our visit, we rarely saw employees walking the arcade floor. The only way to get assistance seemed to be going to the office or prize counter. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
