  Went here for my sons 10th birthday with an 8 person group, and we had a great time for the most part until the place became flooded with dozens of young teenagers who didn’t even have credits or “fun cards” to play any of the arcade games, they just stood around taking pictures, clogging up the aisles and at one point a group of 13 year olds started fighting and nearly slammed in to my son as he was playing a game. It felt like all these kids just walked around trashing the place and being rough as hell on all the arcade devices and by the end of the night a ton of games were not working, basketballs were on top of cages, and staff was overwhelmed. Noticed on the way out there was a sign that after 5 pm anyone under 18 had to have a parent present but never saw any management attempt to enact this policy, and to their credit the Greensboro police department staff “working” near the entrance didn’t seem to care enough to remove themselves from their stools either . We spent a total of $500+ to take my son out for this night, but I don’t know that I would find it worth it again.

  This place is severely overpriced for what it offers. After spending nearly $100 for two we barely got to play a round of laser tag and few arcade games that ended faster than we could react. We played some bowling with friends as well when we were offered drink service. Our two sodas and water took almost 30 minutes to come out, employees were reluctant to help when we had questions about the day passes and the whole experience was simply unpleasant. Save your time and money and go somewhere more customer friendly.

  Overall, a disappointing first experience. When we arrived, we went to reserve a lane & we got sent to a kiosk. We selected next available and received a text that we were on the waitlist. This is where I wish if a guest mentions that it’s their first time, that staff would take the time to explain the processes & activities available. Then We decided to go eat while we waited. Our server was absolutely fantastic, she had a great attitude & was super helpful. However, when we ordered our food, it did not come out as expected. 1 guest received his appetizer. 15 minutes later, they brought out another guests entree, another 15-20 minutes pass, they bring out 3 more of our entrees, and after 20+ minutes we had to ask where our last guests entree was because it was never brought out. So what was supposed to be a fairly quick dinner turned into a 90 minute - 2 hour ordeal. Then we go to check on our lane because we never got a text telling us it was ready and apparently the time had been running on it , so it needed to be adjusted back. Then I went to the bathroom a couple of times throughout the night & multiple stalls were out of toilet paper, and multiple dispensers were out of paper towels. Even with staff going in to use the bathrooms and seeing the problem, they chose to ignore it. A great concept but I truly wish that our first experience was better.

  It was 75$ for an 1 1/2 hr of bowling. We left and went to a different place for 15$ a round, and when we first arrived there was no direction of where to go so we went to the counter at the bowling alley and they said we had to pay up front. After that we had to the front and there was nobody or any desk to pay at. We had to pay at a confusing black machine. They should at least have a person up there to help guide people if they are having trouble. But mainly overall these costs were outrageous.

  There’s a wide variety of activities to choose from—bowling, arcade games, and more—so it’s easy to find something for everyone, whether you’re with friends, family, or coworkers. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What I appreciated most was the overall vibe. It felt like a place that’s designed for people to relax, have fun, and make good memories together. Even when it got a bit busy, the energy stayed positive and organized.
