We went in and he had two kinds to choose from. The owner, Dan, was in the store when we walked in and greeted us with a warm smile and kind greeting. We ended up chatting for a bit. We left feeling calm and happy which, sadly, you dont get much these days! Thank you, Dan! We appreciated your knowledge, conversation and time! We will shop at Knapps for all our musical needs from now on!

I picked up a nice Normandy special clarinet for $180 and was treated fair and felt the place was an honest establishment. I doubt that I am in the minority with this belief! Great place for amateurs like me or advanced musicians of all ages. Thank you, folks!
