  Customer service is terrible. Had an issue buying tickets online due to their website or processor and while I understand it’s out of their control they didn’t offer a solution for me to secure tickets. I live an 45 mins to an hour away, so driving up there without tickets to a new release would be risky considering there’s a possibility that I would not be able to attain the tickets once arriving there. Will not be considering coming here in the future. My local theatre was unfortunately sold out, so that’s why I was considering making the drive. I have had issues before with their website not working & they were able to offer holding the tickets until I arrived to pay. Richmond Cinemark just simply refused & had no solution.

  The way the concessions are set up make no sense and it was super clustered in there. I pre-ordered a cup and they sold out and I didn't get it. The seats aren't comfortable and are way too close together. Some kid kept kicking the back of my seat and it was more of a rocking chair than a recliner. I will definitely be going to Regal in Lex for my next movie cause my experience was terrible. No issues with the actual movie playing is why they got more than 1 star.

  This has been my home theater for the past 4 years, and I will continue to come here for every big release. The management is fantastic, and the general manager is one of the nicest people I’ve come across in the business. Prices are a little high, but what movie theater doesn’t charge that much for snacks? The seats are also very comfortable, and I would choose these seats over Regal’s any day. Overall, I love this theater and I look forward to continuing to give them my business.
