Our 40 ft. arbor makes the picture perfect location for your outdoor ceremony. We also offer a beautiful vintage rustic barn as the backdrop for your rustic chic wedding or event. You may also choose to have a more intimate indoor ceremony in our beautifully restored circa 1907 home. Every glorious wedding deserves a reception befitting the occasion. Whether an intimate candlelight affair, casual outdoor party, elaborate tented celebration or formal indoor dinner, Renee’s has refined hospitality to create classic memories for your wedding reception.

Gracious gatherings to remember a lifetime Renee’s dresses up for many occasions! Rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, luncheons, anniversary parties, charity fundraisers, birthday parties and family reunions are sure to engage and enchant participants in the unique country setting of our venue. Renee’s can host the perfect small intimate gathering or larger event for up to 150 people. We would love to accommodate your indoor event (indoor seating for up to 100) or take advantage of our beautifully maintained grounds as a unique venue for picnics, parties and retreats where nature plays a supporting role.

A corporate event and party space with distinction Renee’s provides your group or business with a private venue for your meeting, luncheon, networking event, holiday party or banquet. Seating arrangements are available in classroom or other style of your choice. Enjoy a small group or break setting outdoors on our spacious patio.

Reservations A non-refundable deposit of $200 (for Friday – Sunday rental) is required to reserve your date. (Booking deposits for Monday – Thursday vary depending on rental time.) Deposits are applied to the rental fee. All remaining rental fees plus a $250 security deposit are due 90 days prior to the rental date. Our maximum guest capacity is 150 site wide with seating capacity inside for up to 100 (depending on event set up). Rehearsals Couples having their ceremony on site at Renee’s will be allowed a one hour rehearsal at no charge. All rehearsals must be scheduled according to venue availability. Outside Vendors You are at liberty to bring in the vendors of your choice. Vendors such as florists, musicians, caterers and the like may begin setup prior to your event based on your rental agreement. Removal of the vendor’s equipment and items is required immediately following your event. Items and decorations may not be brought in prior to rental time. Rental Fees Monday – Friday (8 am— 5:00 pm) $150.00 Monday – Thursday (5:00 pm — midnight) $200.00 Friday (5:00 pm - midnight) $550.00 Saturday and Holidays (8 am – midnight) $900.00 Sunday (8 am – midnight) $550.00 Weddings and/or receptions are required to book for the entire day (8 am to midnight) regardless of the day of the week.
