  I live in Murray and have gone here for years to see a few things that don't play at our local theater. It's one of the worst movies I've ever been to. Multiple toilets or urinals in the bathrooms aren't working, and the floor is always gross. They don't have anyone working the front ticket counter, so to buy tickets you have to wait in line with people who are buying concessions. In the past, I've gone to weekday matinees and thought "okay, makes sense, they're not that busy." But it was packed on a Sunday recently and the same thing. Every time I passed the line it was almost out the door. Of course, Cinemark as a company puts about ten minutes of ads before the previews even come on, so you can always that a 1:00 movie won't start until 1:25 or so. The sound isn't good, and a few times I've had to go prompt them to start the movie for some reason. In addition to having to buy tickets at the concessions stand while you're waiting for a family of five to buy popcorn (I finally realized you can get them at a digital window that sometimes isn't working), the laziest thing about this theater is that they don't put the titles of movies on the thing that shows what theaters they're going to be in, or the theaters themselves. It's very confusing - they all look the same, so if you go to the bathroom, you might forget you're in theater 5 or theater 6, and last time the ticket barely printed out so it was hard to see. That's the kind of place this is - it's been like this for the last 8 years or so. I assume the place is understaffed, which is why no manager can say "put the movie titles above each house/screening room." Maybe it's a national policy. But this place is bad and isn't getting any better. The good news for potentially dishonest people is that the dudes checking tickets is usually letting people past without checking them, so I'm betting you can watch a free movie if you want to. It's that kind of place. It sucks - it's the biggest movie theater in the area and it serves a lot of people. Nothing against the concession workers - they seem to working their butts off, because again they were understaffed. I'm just going to assume Cinemark is like this. It's terrible - not that other chains (Regal, for instance) are great, but they at least seem to be professional.

  i don’t think i’ve ever posted a bad review for anywhere, but my sister(13) was turned away from the backrooms movie because i’m not her guardian.(ok that’s fine) said it was cool and i know it wasn’t the workers who put that rule in place. i joked and said i’d facetime my sister to make her feel better and then took her home. when i got back and my group and i went to the podium to be sent to the theater, i was stopped and told i couldn’t facetime her. i assured them it was a joke and my phone was almost dead anyways. the manager cut me off to say it again. (whatever.) we were the only ones in the theater. three or four different employees came into the theater over the first hour and a half of the movie. at least every 10 minutes to just stand there watching me... at one point one of them came up to the end of our row and just stared at us. literally like two feet from my uncle… it seemed like their intention was to intimidate me or make me want to leave? never had intentions of facetiming my sister the movie lol i don’t think she would have enjoyed that anyway. but they were very rude and confrontational for seemingly no reason. totally ruined the movie for me and everyone else who was with us. i’ve been going to cinemark since i was a kid but i don’t think ill be back. super rude staff.

  This is a nice theater with comfortable seating and kept very clean. It's great to have a local theater 🎥.

  For the past few years, the volume of this theater has been far too loud. I feel sharp pain in my ears from the volume. I wanted to assume it was a fluke after the first two movies, and even started bringing earplugs - believing it was just us. However, after going there today - me and my husband will no longer be returning to this location. Even with earplugs, our ears are physically hurting us hours after the movie. This is not normal. This is not an issue at any other movie theater that we've been too. I don't have to take earplugs with me to any other movie location. It's only painfully loud at this location.

  Our first time there loved the seats they were comfortable. And you can order your food and snacks ahead of time. So you can just go in and sit down at your seats. And they will bring it out to you. Saving you the hastle of having to stand in line.
