  Extremely expensive for underwhelming rides. The rides are never fully staffed and you usually have to go find someone to run the ride. Food is nasty and overpriced as well. used to go to Malibu Jack's when it was affordable. $10 per person to ride a go cart on a small track is overpriced. This place is not family friendly. I will not ever go back. If im going to spend $45 per person to ride a rides I will spend it somewhere where I get the value for my money and malibu Jack's is not the place.

  Activities were fun but the cards did not last long and the "unlimited" offer was only for 2 Activities. MANY games were down for maintenance etc. The food was very Basic. But. THAT WAVE RIDE WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP THERE...(Not from KY)☆☆☆☆

  Wow, now that is just what the family needed. Go karts, putt-putt, laser tag, and we weren't even done yet! The staff at this place is Top notch. We will definitely be back!

  Grate place in general, way too expensive for a birthday party, I don't feel like it should be that expensive, you cant even really customized the package, online at least

  Everytime we go here me and my kids get sick I just got off the phone with the manager Jonathan, and he only specified that they only cleaned the bounce houses twice a day so therefore any germs that are accumulating in the morning until the end of the day is just sitting there they take no proper precautions and cleaning it in the meantime and I am done doing business here. I don’t even wanna do another birthday party here because of how disgusting and filthy this facility is and they think it’s OK and then the manager Jonathan says oh well we try twice a day is not really trying that hard If you wanted to protect the kids that are going to this facility for fun you would do that more often but now that we all know Malibu Jack’s is germ city I will no longer be spending any more money here I will never book a party here again cause every time I come to this dirty facility me or my kids are getting sick. Nobody wants to go spend money to go get sick. I don’t see how that doesn’t make sense to Jonathan, but hopefully somebody hurry her up can reach back out cause I really would like to be compensated for my time that I wasted. I am now out of work for four days now because of the sickness I got from Malibu jacks thanks a lot.
