  It had been a minute since I'd been to Tinseltown. I'm happy to say the prices are reasonable and man the seating has been upgraded. I've been back 3 more times since. Well worth the toll to get there.

  It had been years since I'd seen a movie at Tinseltown only because I live closer to another theater. I was pleased with my vidit and enjoyed it so much that I'm thinking of driving the extra distance. I wanted popcorn, gotta have popcorn and a large drink ifbyou see a movie right? The line was long but it moved quickly because they had things organized and enough employees at the snack area. With popcorn, candy, and drinks in hand, served by a friendly, helpful employee, I made my way to my seat. I enjoyed my seating. It was comfortable but i really liked the tray that swung to one side for seating but the moved in front of me to hold my treats. The movie played likevtp should, soundcwas good, it was what a theater experience should be. I very much enjoyed my return to Tinseltown. My daughter-in-law told me about their "club" tickets (my name). It sounded like a grest deal especially the 20 percent off the cost of snacks. Something else I'll be looking into!

  I always come to this theater because it was the last clean and decent movie theater left in Louisville, so I thought, but nope! The seats are FILTHY, haven't been deep cleaned since only God knows, half the seats are broken and numerous of the cup holders were filled with liquid or old food. Would NOT recommend unless you're looking for someplace ratchet, and filthy, where you can do whatever you want.

  I recieved exceptional customer service from Diane. She went above and beyond for us. I had a showtime for 1235 and had gotten a nail in my tire and was going to have to miss half of the movie in order to arrive at my tire appt in time. She personally switched our showtime for us, personally made our food and drink, communicated with us every step of the way and did it all with a smile. She is the reason I will come back to this theatre every time. She turned my not so good day into a stress free day with her generosity and service. She deserves some recognition for her customer service and her ability to make people feel important!!
