  I haven't been here in a year ir so, but it's gone downhill badly. There parts of mini-golf damaged and the water wasn't working/drained in several areas. There were a dozen games not working at all and several that didn't show they were working until you scanned and it took your money. The first 2 times I went up for a refund, but it took 10 min for a manager to come authorize it. After that I gave up trying. When we went to cash out our tickets it again took nearly 10 min for the manager to show up to do something with the computer. Overall a terrible experience.

  The trip has been great. Except for the machine taking money and not working. But was easily taken care of.

  Food was good, atmosphere was solid, but a lot of machines were down for maintenance. When we were having an issue with our playing cards we walked up to the counter and instead of being greeted and asked what was happening an employee instantly said "HOW MANY". I was confused and responded with "hey we are having some troubles with our playing cards" and she responded with "yeah I said how many" as that was supposed to make the situation clear and I would understand what was happening from that point forward. Another employee stepped in and said how many in your group are having issues and I said 5 out of 5. There is apparently some secret knowledge about how playing cards can only be swiped every 3.5 minutes or they won't be accepted. No one explained this "feature" when we were handed the playing cards, they expected us to know and were very rude when we were seeking answers.

  Perfect spot for family entertainment with mini golf, arcade, go cart, rides, bowling, pool, etc and of course with delicious food and drinks. How can we forget about the ice-cream and prices for your winning tickets. Kids from all age can enjoy with their family.

  Wanna start by saying we've went here for years and always had a good time, tonight not at all. So ive been out of state working all week, came home Friday evening. My son wanted to go bowling, so my wife planned a family evening with dinner and bowling. First place (not here) was packed and they thankfully told us bowling was full all night, so we decided to come out here. Get there, pay for a lane and get our shoes. My son bowls first, 3-4 rolls and it kept taking his pins and telling him to roll or walk. Their mechanic guy got it fixed for us, and we got to start our games. After we each got to bowl 1 turn, the lane just shut down completely. Went back and told them whats going on, so the gentleman moves us to another lane. We go on over, and my wife takes her turn. Gets a strike, and is given another turn (odd for the beginning) but she bowls, gets a 2nd strike! Neither of her bowls were counted, said she didnt hit anything, and goes on to my turn. We are done and go back to ask for a refund. When I ask the 3rd worker for a refund and start to explain the situation, he immediately says 'yeah no problem uhh let me get a manager' and didnt hear me out to tell him whats going on so they know. While waiting for a manager, another person walks up and says their lane shut down all of a sudden. We got our refund and appreciate that tremendously. We decide to make it up to our son with the arcade, the kiosk that gives cards couldn't so we stand in line at the desk. While a worker appears to be just chatting with a large group, another worker was standing there chatting as well. A 3rd worker stood beside us and a register, never acknowledged us standing there or offered to help. 2 more employees were standing at the desk as well, but it appeared only 1 was 'working'. After 5 minutes of standing and waiting, we just left because we was already aggravated from the bowling ordeal. Sucks we drove an hour away from home to come here, and the experience tonight was just all around awful. Again, we've came here for years and always had a great time, tonight unfortunately was the exact opposite
