  They’ve turned into a nickle and diming scam. Now your kids have to BUY Malibu jacks socks to go into bounce beach which are $3 a pair but they don’t tell you that or have a sign up front so you have to go back up there and pay another credit card fee. Go to Main Event, Monkey Joes or anywhere other than this old run down scam of a business.

  Will your kid love it yes… they can run around, play games, and enjoy other activities like bowling and rides. Definitely a fun place to take your kids to burn energy. The bounce beach area thought is dirty. It needs a good deep cleaning. It not “oh kids have been running around all day dirty”, it literally looks like they haven’t vacuumed that place in years, nor have they wiped down/cleaned the climbing gyms/structures. My little one was exploring the blue one in the back right, I looked up and was disturbed by all the dust and trash that’s was on the top (go back to the slide near the read bounce house and look up). The toddler area is also extremely tiny and not very well maintained. We left out of that area immediately. I don’t know if the rides were down or if they don’t run them on Saturday nights (odd, but possible) but now one was at the go carts, bumper cars or indoor rides to let you on 🤷‍♀️. Staffing issue? Idk… The restaurant bar area… It unfortunately also did not appear to be adequately staffed on a Saturday night. You have to wait in line to order drinks, cool… they have QR codes on the tables and I assumed you could use that to order food… nope, had to wait back in line for the same person that is taking drink orders and making the drinks to take your order. Bypassed on food and just left. Will I go back, sure, I left so quickly I still have $50 to spend from the card activation lol. But I will not be going to the bounce beach space.

  Fun place. Get here before noon and its only $20 for unlimited rides. We didn't get here until 1pm and the standard price is $46. Food looks good, we didn't order because it was an hour wait for food so order before you are hungry.

  We LOVE Malibu Jacks!! It's a great place to bring the family and have a blast! There's stuff for everyone from rides, 3D games, laser tag, go-karts, mini-golf, countless arcade games, a play/climb area for smaller kids, food, drinks for Mom and Dad, and prizes!! It will literally keep your crew happy for hours! It's all enclosed in one large area and indoors. So you can play and enjoy no matter the weather!

  It wasn't crowded, wait times were short. However, both rollercoaster-type rides were down the entire day. That left mini golf, go karts, bumper cars, laser tag, and the Dark Ride for "$19.95 unlimited attractions".
