  I would like to request that you consider releasing and screening more Indian movies at your theater. There is a growing audience in our community that enjoys Indian films, including movies in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and other Indian languages. It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider bringing upcoming popular Indian releases to your theater, especially on opening weekends. I believe there is strong interest from local families and the Indian community. Thank you for considering this request. I hope you will be able to add more Indian movies to your upcoming schedule.

  Got a rainy day pass when I took my kids last week because of tornado watch. No problem. Go in with food, and after getting ticket, and the lady gets super concerned about my dinner. I called her a name and was asked to leave which makes complete sense: here’s where it gets crazy- they ask the officer to trespass me. White male adult in mid 30s wearing police uniform approaches me super respectful just doing his job. Long haired white male manager comes out and starts running his mouth behind the officer’s shoulder. The officer told him to walk away, and he refused, so the officer motioned for me to walk outside with him. The manager comes outside shortly after to run his mouth some more while the officer was trying to wrap things up with me. Proceeds to condescend officer and tell the officer how to do his job. He finally returns back inside and before I leave, I ask the officer if I can get my rainy day pass back. He checked and they said no. If you’re miserable, do what it takes to change that feeling! Don’t expect others to tiptoe around you though. Can’t tell Cinemark how to handle that manager, but a very sincere apology to the officer should be the very least! What I did was wrong too, but that officer is there to protect against active shooters and other severe threats… not be the feelings police! Shoutout to Florence Police displaying next level professionalism even though the theater employee’s were testing his patience!

  The movie I went to see "looked" to be sold out on the seat selection screen. I had to select the seats on the floor. You see about half of screen with your neck turned and slightly reclined. They have 4 rooms for Spiderman. Only one room for Odyssey. We heard the movie next room over better than ours. I asked an employee about opening another room for this movie and was told no. It was hard to thoroughly enjoy this movie while physically hurting from the seat and position.

  I’ve had the Cinemark Movie Club for many years and have exclusively seen movies in the Premier 21+ section. After the recent changes to allow all ages in that section, why would I pay a higher price for the tickets? I have since canceled Movie Club.

  This theater is a joke. If you have an issue don’t bother asking to talk to a manager because if they don’t like what you are saying they will just ask you to leave. The fact that people are such snowflakes that you can’t say anything to anyone is ridiculous if you have a complaint you should be able to voice your concern and not worry about being retaliated against just because they want to use what little bit of power they have. Yeah sure we got refunded for our tickets but not the almost $200 in concessions we spent for the movie. I will not be back to a Cinemark theater again simply ridiculous. Edit: Before a company reaches out and tells you to call perhaps they shouldn’t have sooo many people having problems that they can actually take phone calls. Literally have been trying all day to call as requested but the system is overwhelmed with all the other apparent issues and won’t even allow any more callers. Should tell a person all they need to know.
