  The attractions and cost are well worth the price! However, the attractions are not fully staffed and you have to wait for an employee to come help you.

  I just love the place and it was perfect. Staff was pretty nice. I will be going again super soon. The place was incredible. The rides were so fun. The wipeout was scary but fun and the arcade area was super fun The claw machines they are a scam. I cannot get anything out of them but you know that's how all places are. It was super fun! I loved it. Me and my bestie one time and she also love it. Maybe the place was a little dirty but it was fun!

  We camped locally and visited Malibu Jack's for the first time on Friday, June 26th. My best friend brought her son and I brought my 3 kids. Looked up all the tips and tricks online. I will say the one area that was lacking was the website. Info was hard to find/navigate. When you go to the FAQ section it just gives info on "birthday parties" only. It would have been helpful to know that we would need closed toed shoes for the "go carts", however, the staff was very helpful in getting me shoes from the bowling alley. We went early as they have a deal, if you come in before noon, an all day attractions pass is only $20/person (typically $45/per person). Which IMO is so worth it based on all of the attractions/rides they have. As other reviews have stated, it's not adequately staffed so staff members are constantly jumping from attraction to attraction to keep up with the demand. I just went in with the mindset to be patient. I will say, for as stretched thin as all staff members were, they were ALL AMAZING. Positive attitudes, over-accommodating, personable, helpful, etc. Seriously, they all deserve a raise! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely go back! But only because the number of attractions and the WONDERFUL staff members! Another critique for the owners - the floor was filthy. I'm sure it's hard to keep that large of retail space clean but the floor, especially the perimeters around and under attractions/machines was disgusting. Overall, glad we checked this place out. It was a rainy day life saver!

  BEGGED FOR SOMETHING TO DRINK. Nobody could sell me anything because it was either "not their job" or they refused to walk 50ft. Had to rush my diabetic friend to a gas station for a candy bar because his sugar became dangerously low and he didn't want to leave early because I paid for the groups bowling. Lousy service, blatant disregard for the well being of customers AND employees that use intoxicating substances on the sidewalk in the front. I would be genuinely surprised if this place was to be open 2 years from now I'm glad some other customers had a good experience but as for me and my friend group we were treated only slightly better than dirt I really want to keep ranting but it doesn't do anyone good I've made my point and I've shared my experience buyer/beware

  Nobody around to help couldn't get drinks or food both drinks are non alcoholic and the staff is were unhelpful never going backl Rides and games over priced!
