  The gentleman that assisted my daugther and I, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He greeted us with charisma and a positive attitude. Definitely recommend this place to take care of your instruments and parts.

  I had my silver plated trombone in their shop for 2 + weeks to get the inner slide aligned . This was the second time . Previous owner had it “repaired” back in Aug 2025 for same issue. This time they claimed it was fixed , took it home lubed slide and when I went to 1st position the outer slide hit. I then noticed the out slide had serious scratches from tooling trying to get it aligned. The mgr told me him and the owner worked hours to align the slide and the tools marks just happen do to the difficulty of the work they had to do to align it . I was stuck with a scratched up horn and one unable to play. I went to Quinlan and Fabish Music Company to get it fixed. I recommend them.
