  We had a terrible experience we had to stand outside in the cold for 50 minutes 😫 we arrived at 8:50pm the show was supposed to start at 9:30pm we weren't allowed i nside until 10:30pm the pre-show didn't start until 11:00pm the room was overcrowded with seats blocking people view we did not have a table we had to put the food in our lap that we ordered this experience makes myself and my husband not want to attend another show at this venue.

  Went to see Bruce Bruce, we stood in line until almost 10:30 pm before going in to our seats, no explanation or anything, that was soo IRRITATING!!!! The show was good tho

  My server was attentive and beyond courteous. The good and drinks were overpriced; underwhelming with taste. The security staff members were overzealous when trying to get in line to take pictures with the entertainment. The male security guard with the long brown, blonde, and grey hair was the worst; he smelled very bad and was unkept I thought he was an unhoused person until I seen his dirty shirt. I won’t be back but I did enjoy the comedian.

  This is by far was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered over the 8 years in which I’ve been coming to the venue. Yesterday, my cousins and I went to see Bruce Bruce. Our waitress dropped her platter and all the ketchup containers splattered all over my blouse, all down my pants leg and over my $130 sneaker as well as on the pants leg of one of my cousins. I immediately shared the incident with manager and requested club soda for the mesh cleaning of my sneaker. I kept the rag on my shoe the entire time. The venue took off a total of $26 dollars for my inconvenience which was for the 2 alcoholic beverages. I had to walk out venue with stains all over and still working on properly removing stain off my sneaker. I left so aggravated and dissatisfied from a night that was intended to be a fun ‘cousins night out’

  Low rating is caused by the food. Went to see a show after an almost 2 year break. The menu has changed. They still off the "improv" burger. But it is so different from what it used to be. Used to be a thick patty with garlic aoli. Cheese and toppings with a ton of fries. Now it has a barbecue sauce and a paper thin patty that tastes worse than a school lunch special. Drink was okay, but noo e in my party was happy with the Quality of the food.
