  I went into the Cinemark 10 today. Initially after reading the refuse my family was hesitant to go but with the deals offered and the snack options for the little ones. We decided to head over for an early matinee. I can say I had a very pleasant experience. Yakira who gave us our ticket was extremely helpful and told me about the deals offered with the membership and Peyton was kind and helpful. Overall we enjoyed the movies and the service.

  Best theater in Delaware. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but has what you need to be comfortable and watch film

  Genuinely, we always go to cinemark to watch good movies, we loved the place until it got unwelcoming very quickly. Me, and my friends and family were going to watch The Odyssey because we’re big fans of Zendaya and her and Tom Holland and we just wanted to watch as support. We walkied in, tickets and food already paid and food set to be delivered to us in the theatre, no biggie. On our way to the theatre we went to go take a bathroom break and stopped by the bathroom. I look over and see the workers with food and drinks that I assume are ours and so I let my brother know about it. He gets excited like the rest of us and we all run after him to find the theater room so we could hurry up and sit down and watch it. My brother turned around and seen the workers and was motioning towards us on the way to the theatre that it could possibly be our delivery, not that it mattered though if it wasn’t, we’re really patient people and of course we continued to run back to the theatre and find our seats. We sat down and got comfortable and our food was delivered and then those same two workers, idk one of their names was Angel(a guy with a cap facing the front) and another white guy with brown mid length to long hair, they walked back into the theatre and walked up to us and asked us if we flicked him off. We honestly said no and summed up the situation, saying my brother was putting up his index fingers motioning towards us, it was a complete misunderstanding and the workers took it to the extreme. He then proceeded to keep talking to us in a disrespectful manner after we already cleared up the misunderstanding and it was just stupid and so uncalled for. We were going in there to see a movie and then it became obvious that it was just targeted negatively towards us for no reason whatsoever. Worst experience was going there to see a good movie and not even getting to watch it. Not only that, we told the employees multiple times to check the cameras and watch the footage so that they can easily see that this whole flicking off someone bs NEVER took place. Seriously, a shitty place to go if you have friends that are excited about going to see a good movie. Never coming back but I just want it to be known that if we really flicked anyone off, we would’ve immediately took accountability but the rude workers were just trying to make a scene for no reason at all. Like no disrespect but next time, wear some glasses, Angel. Also, on our way walking out of the theatre after they aggressively kicked us out, was even ruder. Why were most of the employees just standing there and laughing at us as we were getting escorted out? Absolutely rude and unnecessary. Seriously never hated Cinemark until now. Check your cameras Cinemark, not everyone is evil spirited, was obviously a misunderstanding but was super disrespectful.
