  It was amazing, I went with my grandma yesterday day to watch Spiderman Brand New Day, and all the employees were so nice and funny, really patient too, I always observe, so I know for sure they were nice, the movie was amazing too and it wasn't loud, a few laughs here and there but that was all, I recommend going there, it's amazing, and the seats are Recliners, so comfortable, just a little loud, so it was kind of awkward when I had to get up to use the bathroom, but it was worth it

  Always a nice place to enjoy a movie no matter what time of day you visit. I recommend this theater all the time.

  I have a service related shoulder injury from my time as an aircraft maintainer, and I am currently in physical therapy for it. I have limited range of motion and cannot reach behind my own back. I was wearing a full costume with a back zipper, so I went into the family restroom with my girlfriend for the sole purpose of having her unzip it. That is exactly what a family and companion care restroom is for. A security guard (around 2230 on Aug 5th) confronted us and insisted only one person could enter at a time. I explained clearly that I physically cannot get the suit off without assistance. His response was that she could unzip me from outside the restroom, in the open, with children present, while I have nothing on underneath. He also made it obvious he had already decided we were in there for some other reason, which was insulting and completely unfounded. So the position Cinemark's staff took was that a disabled military member should either undress in public or stay stuck in his clothing. That is not a policy problem, that is a staff member who does not understand what a companion care restroom exists for and had no interest in listening. I also have a medical condition that made the delay a great deal worse (ibs), and I will leave it there. Family restrooms exist so people who need assistance can get it in private. Train your staff on that, or take the sign off the door.

  Security was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I showed my valid ID, he still refused to let me and my little sister enter. He claimed that a parent or guardian had to come in with her, even after I explained that I am her adult older sister and had my mother’s permission. He refused to accept that and turned us away. During the interaction, he repeatedly argued with my little sister, who is a minor. His tone and behavior toward her were completely inappropriate. I asked to speak with a manager because of how unprofessional he was acting, and he told me that he was the manager. Based on his behavior, I found that very difficult to believe.To make matters worse, after denying us entry, he refused to provide us with cash refunds after giving us a hard time . My little sister had already purchased food, and he made her throw it away before forcing us to leave. The entire experience was embarrassing, upsetting, and completely unnecessary.The posted policy states that guests under a certain age must be accompanied by someone 18 or older or a parent/guardian. I am an adult, and we should have been treated with respect regardless. I am requesting an explanation of the policy that was applied in this situation, a review of the security officer’s conduct, and a full refund for our tickets and concessions since we were denied entry after paying.
