Very unprofessional staff! I had a terrible experience today. I simply asked an employee for a bag that was nearby, and when I went to get it, multiple employees started yelling and screaming at me, saying I wasn’t supposed to go there. The situation could have been handled respectfully, but instead I was embarrassed and disrespected in front of everyone. After spending around $150 on movie tickets and snacks, I did not expect to be treated this way, especially over something as simple as a bag. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional customer service.

Welp, I'm never watching a movie anywhere else again. The XD experience was worth every penny! The picture quality was unmatched! The seats were comfortable and clean, and the concessions were what you would expect from a big theater. Normal expensive price for mid-tier, slightly warm popcorn. No worse than any other theater. But make sure you wear shoes. They don't like it if you don't wear shoes. : /

It was amazing, I went with my grandma yesterday day to watch Spiderman Brand New Day, and all the employees were so nice and funny, really patient too, I always observe, so I know for sure they were nice, the movie was amazing too and it wasn't loud, a few laughs here and there but that was all, I recommend going there, it's amazing, and the seats are Recliners, so comfortable, just a little loud, so it was kind of awkward when I had to get up to use the bathroom, but it was worth it
