- JMJustin McNair4 days ago1.0The food does not match the ambiance. Beautiful decor but you can get better food at McDonalds. Chicken with caviar was burnt, dry, and flavorless. The duo of fries were cold, stale, and lacked salt. Clearly they have a line cook executing dishes with no guidance or oversight. The hotel management may want to get control of the poor quality of food coming out of the kitchen. Sad to see The Four Seasons Georgetown on the decline in the food quality. I just gave away $70 dollars. Would only go here for cocktails not to enjoy quality well prepared cuisine $5 bucks for a warm coke out of a spray that taste odd. Hopefully they get some leadership oversight of food preparation. It's not enough to present a pretty plate the food has to be edible, and seasoning used to flavor the food. More importantly, the food should not be cold and dry. Do not waste your money on the food. The descriptions are tantalizing the actual food is less than mediocre. They did remove the chicken caviar dish from bill and give us kettle corn in a bag to go. I know it's embarrassing this is what Boirbon Steak at Four Seasons is today in 2026.
