**SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!** I received an email offering a free VIP Ticket "Valid for any day in the future. This offer cannot be used together with other discount codes and offers. Valid for large group events. Tickets are non-transferable. Valid at all Beat The Bomb locations." This messaging does not align with the online purchase experience. Your customer service number claims "our system is down" when in fact it does not exist. Upon arrival I was told I could not use the coupon unless I booked a four person experience I didn't need, you website fails to explain the nuances needed for redemption. Manager Ashley attempted to explain but by the FIFTH excuse including the expectation to email and wait--its irrelevant when kids are waiting. Fix your system and customer service--it behooves you in this economy. I will avoid establishment in the future and advise other moms wanting a good experience for their money to do the same. Also, your kids might get wet after being assaulted by the PAINT experience---EVEN WITH SUITS!!!

Paid $257 to have a memory full of fun videos and a t-shirt for my grandson after we finished the experience. We received our flash drive and a medium shirt because they did not have any smalls that would fit him. We just had an opportunity to watch our videos and they are horrible! The glitches are about every 3 seconds blanking out the feed and the final video where we try to beat the bomb and get slimed is not watchable. It is literally an experience that we cannot revisit because we cannot watch it without enduring a million blackout spots and one video that you cannot watch at all. Wish I would have saved my money.

Best new team event in DC… for adults and kid-approved too! It’s like an escape room meets Nickelodeon slime time. We had an absolute blast. For a corporate team outing was the perfect mix of strategy, chaos, and laughter. You’ll learn who’s good under pressure REAL fast. The private rooms + debrief space make it easy for groups. You’re basically in a real-life video game, 5 rooms, 10 minutes per room, and you either solve the puzzles or get blasted with paint, foam, or slime (clean and neat). Our team is still talking about who cracked under pressure in the laser room. It forces communication, creative problem-solving, and lighthearted risk-taking in a way a conference room never could. Staff were punctual, organized, and great at facilitating. What impressed me most is how well they run both corporate AND kid events, they can set up the room and rules in Spanish! Also, they adjust the difficulty for age groups, so everyone feels like a hero. Safety briefing was thorough, game masters were high-energy, and the final “bomb room” payoff is worth every penny, with photo and videos included directly to your phone in text! Perfect for corporate team building, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or just a rainy day. Book the “Paint Bomb” mission, nice pics. Don't worry about the clothing, it was mess-free, and the special suit worked great! Exceeded expectations.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences, which is really unfortunate because I was genuinely excited and spent a lot of money for a group of 18 to enjoy this event. I understand that the staff is busy and the place runs nonstop, back to back, but the level of disengagement with customers was disappointing. They point and mumble watch the video. At the end the lady places the protection gear on the bench and expected us to know to put it on. The overall experience of the room was fun and worth it. the customer service really took away from the enjoyment. I expected better organization, clearer communication, and a more welcoming attitude.
