  No parking for handicapped or mobility is nearby, not enough spots on west end closest to entrance. There are more on north lot but that is very far from entrance. Theaters on 2nd floor but there are elevators and escalators. Refreshments, expensive, are right at top. Theaters are a good walk from there. Bathrooms near Theater aisles which is good. Reclining seats are electric but you have to bring down arm rest. Tilt is about what an airplane has. Senior discount at 60 - great

  Overall one of the better mainline theaters to go to in Tucson. The reclining seats are big bonus. Customer service has been great every time I've went. Highly recommend for friends and family to go to!

  We LOVED our first experience at this theater on 9 June 2026! The way it's set up is so cool and different from our usual theaters in our state. The concession had so many options and the staff were so friendy; the seats were so comfy and the screen/sound quality were perfect. This is the best spot to enjoy a movie! Hope to return someday when we're in town again.

  I was in the theater when Park Mall was evacuated, and the staff handled it very well and professionally, and did the best they could under the circumstances. I'd give them five stars for that. Also, this is one of my favorite theaters in town and they normally do a very good job. The negative portion of this review is due to the dismissive and condescending service I received the day after the evacuation, when I went back to the theater to check on my refund. I had purchased my tickets a couple of days before the showing, and when I showed my receipt, the employee told me, as if she were explaining to a child or to someone trying to game the system, that this was not the day of the evacuation. I explained the situation and after finding my ticket she explained how my credit card was already refunded. Employees should assume good intent from a customer until proven that it's not the case, unlike the employee I dealt with. I didn't appreciate that kind of treatment after the craziness of the day before.
