- DMDonya Maloumi6 days ago1.0We come to this movie theater all the time and have never had any issues with the staff. However, this was our first time encountering someone named JJ, who I believe is a manager or supervisor, and honestly, the way he treated both customers and staff was very disappointing. He was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. If he was simply trying to explain a rule or policy, there was no reason for him to be rude or disrespectful about it. I understand that theaters have rules, but the way you communicate those rules matters. We were also confused about the rule requiring a 1-year-old to have their own seat instead of being allowed to sit on a parent’s lap. A child that young is obviously too small to sit independently and watch an entire movie. Why should a parent not be allowed to hold their 1-year-old during the movie? We’ve always had a good experience at this theater, which is why this interaction stood out so much. I really hope management addresses the way JJ speaks to customers and staff, because there is absolutely no reason for anyone to be treated rudely.

In todays world, its rare to encounter great customer service, but the staff at Park Place is doing it right. Great job managers and staff!

- SSsethAug 6, 20261.0I love this theater but the last few times i’ve gone with my friend the cashier has been rude and on his phone. the young male native american, with long black hair and glasses. cannot even ask what movie we want to see just stares at us and when we say thank you after he walks away. extremely rude; i love park place it’s my favorite cinemark but if this service continues i won’t be returning.
