  I literally called they rudely told me to wait on hold I waited on hold and been on hold for 25 mins then I hung up called back and now it says nobody is available to take my call lmao

  Very bad experience with the air conditioning, always too hot. Even if I complaint to the staff, no response by the staff, they say they’ll fix it but never gets cold. I’ve been to this screen multiple times but it’s always like this

  Cinemark has always been a high star experience for me. I like to escape every couple months for a matinee and this theater always has a cool, comfy seat ready for me. Great for escaping the AZ heat in the summer. Today cinemark gets a five star review for watching out for my wallet as well. I was going to get a large soda and was internally debating a popcorn so I got into the concession line. As I was walking through the maze of sorting hat merch and sour patch kids an employee finished up with a customer and then immediately sauntered to a back room. I waited for a a minute, looking at my choices and decided I was going to splurge for the popcorn. The employee then opened the door, looked at me, and went right back into the back room without a word of greeting. I waited anther minute and thought to myself that the employee is right, I didn't need the soda or popcorn, especially in this economy. I will be back to cinemark for me next show going experience, and with the money I saved on snacks this time i might invest to afford a hot dog, or maybe nachos.

  Customer service was not the great. However, mr and my children enjoyed the movie itself. When we went to place our snack order, the guy working there seem to be really bothered . Maybe he didn't feel like working but he was really rude and body movement was saying a lot as well.
