  It's truly refreshing at how calm, clean and quiet this theater is on a Friday night. Every employee smiled at me which is always a nice experience. My husband and I showed up 30 minutes early to get our concessions because that's what you need to do at every other theater on a Friday night at 7 because the lines are ridiculously long. But here, we walked right up to a very friendly clerk who helped us so quickly we were able to sit down at one of the little tables by the arcade corner and eat our hotdogs. Just being able to sit and look around at the pretty art on the walls was incredibly enjoyable! We watched our movie in a very comfy reclining chair (the chairs could use some WD-40 😅) but otherwise, an awesome experience!

  Went to see forgotten island, what a great film!! The experience was pretty great, good prices, tasty food, and the staff was great! There was something that bothered me, the kid at the front checking stubs looked really uncomfortable. I notice they were shifting their weight a lot while we talked, and I noticed there wasn’t a standing mat. I asked about it and they said that there just wasn’t one. What that’s insane, it’s 2026. Get a fricken standing mat. Work comp insurance case is gonna cost a lot more than a mat. Yall already workin these folks for low wages, at least don’t break em. :/ Update/ Cinemark, we don’t need to discuss it further. I don’t need to call your number. What you do need to do is provide basic necessities to your employees. I should have looked behind the counter to take sure that there were mats for the folks at the concessions stands. Get it fixed and stop wasting my time with generic replies to get data on reporters. My next stop is osha. Get. It. Fixed.

  The girl that helped me was really nice. I came to watch the resident evil at 10 pm. Sept 30. She was so kind…and I had questions and she was able to help me. She exceeded customer expectations. I don’t remember her name but she is definitely helpful…thank you again.

  Absolutely ridiculous, I had the misfortune of taking my family out to see a movie on "bring your own bucket" day which was an absolute disaster. I arrived early to the theater so I had ample time to get concessions and then get to the theater room for trailers and my movie. However, the poor management of this event proved my early arrival moot. I then stood in line with my family for 20-30 minutes watching an onslaught of customers fill large quantities of popcorn and then leave (yes, they didn't even see a movie). So your theater prioritized people spending $5 per container versus the movie goers who spent much more to be there and who had limited time due to the movie. I spoke with the concessions team and explained that a better way to handle this absolute debacle was to open 1 lane for movie goers as their time is extremely limited and the rest of the lanes for the gluttonous patrons looking to consume massive amounts of pop corn. I was blown off with an insincere apology and was told that due to staffing, they couldn't handle the extra care for movie goers. So the bottom line, your actual customers who should be a priority, are not, and so I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will be recommending that others do the same.
