  Good place. They have the best beers on tap. Food isn't as good as it once was, but still ok. Building is getting a bit old. But overall still a good movie experience. Our family loves a good 5dollar Tuesday

  the food was excellent as well as the movie. However, to spend $150.00 for dinner for 4 and nver aee the servers again was ridiculous. u asked for 2 refills on the bottomless drunks and never saw anyone. i also ask 5 times over a 45 minute period for a knife to cut my wifes meal with and again never saw anyone. once the movie was over i had to go to the bar to get a couple of togo containers so my wife could take cild meal home and eat it there. to day that the service was bad wiuld be an understatement. why offer sodas with free refills and then never refill them is beyond me.

  I got into theater at 11:50. I asked the girl for a wheelchair seat for 12:10 movie devil wears Prada 2. I also told her I was waiting for the rest of my group. When we went in I could not find my seat # so after having to move around with my walker I had to go back out to the desk. Same girl had to call the manager to change theater’s( she had ticketed me for the 11:45 show despite me telling her 12:10 show. When the manager walked up she told her “she picked the wrong movie time” I was pretty annoyed at her comment because the way she said it was to make sure it was MY fault . Perhaps this agent regularly makes errors and needed to blamed somebody else. During the interaction the agent just stood there with a smirk on her face, almost most as if to say “ I got out of that one.” Spoilt my visit by her lying.

  Besides how great the movie was (The Super Mario Galaxy Movie), the food & beverage options and the good company I had during the movie... my experience at Majestic Chandler 9 was more than disappointing. The service was slow and unwelcoming, and I felt as though every staff member I engaged with wanted either nothing to do with me/us or wanted to not be there. Also, having to us the QR code during the movie to make an order was an inconvenience as people were on their phones throughout, taking away from the experience. I would highly recommend implementing a call button or having a different way to get service then using your phone. Besides that, none of the seats reclined (which was more of a preference for myself), but I was able to live without it. Overall, I don't see myself returning to this theater in the future.

  I’m not sure how this place stays in business. First, they won’t let you buy a drink at the bar if you have a movie ticket. The seats are ripped and uncomfortable. The food tastes below average. The only good things were the popcorn and service. They also charge an 8% charge due to high wages. Scam. Just raise your prices instead of hiding charges.
