  Why don’t they have any servers working to actually serve the food and beverages they offer? The service here takes forever and when we did finally did see our server, she was in pajamas! I asked for a popcorn refill an hour before the movie ended and we never got it. No option to not tip less than 18% and couldn’t use our free popcorn coupon from our rewards. Overall terrible service and will not come back to this location.

  Apparently I have been here and ordered a beer and glass of wine. Weird because I don’t remember. Looks nice though.

  I went here this week and don’t plan on returning. The seats aren’t very comfortable, the table lights are way too bright while you’re trying to watch the movie. The menu options aren’t very appetizing if you’re looking to eat a meal and they are much more limited than the Majestic in Gilbert. I wish they had a regular queso option, not a fan of the over use of hatch green chiles in their menu. I also expect much better quality seats and menu given the prices of the food and tickets.

  I used to come here a lot, but since I’m a bit older I needed help using the technology, unfortunately my server Carly was so unhelpful and rude. I decided to give it a try for the new Michael movie, and that time Jaelynn was my server. Night and day difference, she was actually fun to be around and very kind in helping me. I will definitely be back

  We have always enjoyed visiting Majestic Chandler, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. We hadn't been in quite some time, and it was immediately noticeable that the theater no longer feels as clean or well-maintained as it once did. Our service was also frustrating. We received the wrong drink, and despite ordering waters twice, they never arrived. The ordering process has become unnecessarily complicated, and the app is in desperate need of improvement. The theater itself felt worn down. Many of the seats squeaked throughout the movie, creating a constant distraction. While an occasional squeaky chair isn't a big deal, so many of them made it difficult to enjoy the film. The table lights weren't working, and the restrooms were dirty, which only added to the feeling that the facility isn't being properly maintained. I'm glad Majestic Chandler has become more popular, but it seems they haven't kept up with the increased demand. In the past, I never complained about the higher prices because the overall experience always felt worth it. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today. I hope management invests in improving the cleanliness, maintenance, and ordering experience so the theater can return to the quality that made us enjoy coming here in the first place.
