- RRRenaeMay 10, 20261.0I received my son's grad photos after paying $400. The pictures were not the poses I selected. When I contacted the company they would not even discuss it or try and come up with a solution. They touched up the printed photos but not the ones on the USB - for $400 plus a retouch fee i expected them all to be done.

I'm on their website lookomg to purchase a few photos and it will cost me $36 per picture. No framing, no name, no nothing, just the paper picture. If I buy 8 copies (8X10) pretty standard (2 grandparents, 2 in-laws, 1 for the parents and 3 for auncles and auntie) It will cost me $384. That's before personalizing, like writing the student name and graduation year. With add one that should bring my total to around $500. That's robery!!!!. Unfortunately I won't have my son's graduation photo, as I can not afford it. If I only knew it I would have taken photos of him when he is was wearing the gown. If I would like to have a few extras in different sizes, the price goes much higher. I can't believe the All Saints high-school in Calgary hired this company to do the job.

Trying to reach customer service, left many messages no one even bother to get back to me relying on the fact that parents have no other options.
