  To truly appreciate this review, I need to start with some background. I had a massive silver maple in my backyard that sat directly on my property line and extended into the alley behind my house. This wasn’t just any tree - it stretched over six different properties and tangled with multiple above ground utility lines. To make matters even more complicated, there was no way to get equipment down the alley, so the only option for removal was a crane parked in my front driveway. The tree had already caused significant damage over the years, but every quote I’d received in the past was simply too expensive to move forward. Eleven months ago, Mike (owner of T’s Tree Service), was highly recommended to me by someone I trust. From the moment he stepped onto my property, I understood why. Mike is genuine, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. At the time of Mike’s initial quote, I was still trying to work with the city. They had acknowledged co-ownership of the tree, but the previous city forester didn’t believe it needed to be removed, which meant I would have been responsible for 100% of the cost. When I explained the situation to Mike, he immediately offered to contact the city on my behalf. Thanks to his involvement, the new city forester agreed the tree should come down, and the city committed to splitting the cost 50/50. From there, the city gathered multiple bids (including T’s), and I was thrilled when they ultimately chose Mike’s company. Even then, there were more hoops to jump through (legal review and budget approval for the following year), but Mike stayed patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Last week, Asplundh came out to make safety cuts around the power lines and accidentally damaged a downspout. Mike stepped in and handled that as well. At every stage, he went above and beyond to make this as smooth and stress-free as possible for me. I can’t express how much I appreciated the time, care, and advocacy he put into this project. Yesterday, Mike and his crew, along with Barlament Erection arrived to remove the tree, and the execution was flawless. I watched from across the street as massive sections of the tree were carefully cut and lifted over my house by crane. It was truly impressive to witness. They made an incredibly complex and challenging job look effortless. I wholeheartedly recommend T’s Tree Service to anyone in need of expert tree removal. Mike and his team are exceptional.
