  New renter called to move this house under his name in January.. but they did a good gracious fill instead. He was under the impression that the house was in his name and they are now threatening to take the tank! Also they will hang up on you. 😊

  Disappointed with the service this time. I called for a refill on Dec 10, told her we were at 20%, paid for the refill, not mentioned to me that we should call at 30% in winter. I called on Monday Dec 15 to see if they could tell me when I would get delivery, could not tell me, said I was still on the list and that in winter we should request refill @30%, first time I was told this. I called again on Friday Dec 19, still can't tell me when I will get delivery. We are using a hot plate to cook and only turn heat on when it gets too cold. We are 3 senior citizens here trying to keep warm is unacceptable.
