  I just wanted to give you'all some KUDDOES. Moving is not for the weak hearted. It's a pain for the physical labor portion of it, but even more on making sure the admin portion of the move is taken care of. The transaction with Direct Propane was BY FAR the easiest and most pleasant. From the initial call with Terri on the phone who answered within one ring, to the detailed safety orientation that Brandon did at the home a couple of days later. If your service and response time is anything like the transactions so far, we are in good hands. Thanks again for making this easy! Roger P.

  Zero stars This company has unsafe drivers on the road!! This company actually had debris come out from the back of its truck on a highway and hit my car breaking my windshield and they are actually telling me that can happen to anywhere at anytime. The fact the fact of the matter is it didn't.. the fact of the matter is one of their drivers and it probably just isn't one driver is driving around unsafely with the back of his truck not secured so debris is flying out of the back of these trucks which can kill somebody on the highway and this company is taking no responsibility for my now broken windshield ..is there not anyone that inspects the trucks?? What happens if they actually kill someone on the highway?? Hopefully the office manager and the owners who truly did not care at all Sleep at night when one of thier trucks murder someone on the highway…

  Terrible customer service. I was just looking for some help to order a refill , ladies that answered phone were ugly and had no customer service at all. I know where I will not be going for propane.

  CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I had to pay twice for the same job (have my bottles re-certified, costing almost $300 each time) because the first time the guy didn’t mark the bottles. Apparently the second guy didn’t mark the bottles either because a few months later and they say the bottles need to be re-certified.. so I got ripped off the first two times or they are just trying to rip me off again.. $600 later and now I will go else where because the manager said there was nothing they could do. Customer beware of charging for things that don’t need to be done or for something they didn’t do..
