  First time looking at buying a mower. and was told john deere was expensive. Met up with Justin and right away we became friends. He educated me on what all the options were, as I was wanting to do my yard but was considering doing this as a business. Justin guided me. He even tracked down the perfect mower for me. had it shipped in from another state to meet my specific criteria. As little as I knew about John Deere, Justin was a godsend. He helped from the beginning and still helps and I know I am a hard customer to take. He has been steadfast in his assistance with me and I look forward to continuing this relationship as my needs grow, as well as referring him to anyone looking for a quality piece of machinery at a great value. Thanks for all he has done and continues to do.

  I recently purchased a Stihl FS 38 Trimmer from a local hardware store. The unit would not start yet the store repeatedly blamed me and would not stand behind their sale which came with a warranty and despite the fact I followed the Instruction Booklet precisely for starting the unit and had owned and operated the exact same model for many years prior to purchasing this new one. Realizing I was getting nowhere, I found United Ag & Turf online as an authorized Stihl dealer and called and spoke to Kayrinn explaining my predicament. Without hesitation she asked me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. She was professional and courteous and gave you the feeling that your problem was about to be solved. The unit was in fact faulty and needed work done on the carburetor. I had my weedeater back quickly, working properly and most importantly starting right up as it should. Kayrinn and all the people I dealt with at U.A. are top notch and dont just deliver on product service but customer service as well. I will be going back to United Ag & Turf for all my mowing and lawn & garden needs and nowhere but United Ag & Turf in Ennis. I highly recommend them and recommend you avoid your local hardware store and go to the pros at United Ag in Ennis.
