I have appreciated William and Randy both getting back with me on various situational needs: phone calls and on-site help and needs. I love my Jr Arena Werks equipment with the 4 rippers and drag ensemble. It serves my needs for my small arena area and round pen. It took a a little while to get the hang of its operational facets, but it does the job well. So glad I do have it, even if it took a while before getting it. Normally a 6-8 weeks to have after manufacturing.

- CJCheryl JosephJul 8, 20201.0I ordered an Arena Works H2O Pro from Snodgrass Equipment. It was to be delivered in 2 weeks. Approximately a month later, after multiple phone calls, I finally received my drag (delivered free due to extended delay). It was set up on my tractor by the rep from Snodgrass. It broke later that day!!!! Snodgrass has been called multiple times and they refuse to come out and fix it. They sent me a metal “key” they call it in the mail to try to fix it ourselves, but when we tried to replace the “key” the original one was still on the drag... so that is not the issue. So I now have my brand new drag held together by wire from a hay bale and not a peep from Snodgrass. Do yourself a favor and buy from anywhere else but here! Cheryl
