  Very disappointing level of service. This company fails to communicate in a timely manner. After two failed attempts to get service, I have cancelled my account with this company. In the first attempt, I was told by Maria that I would have the service delivery confirmed the day before the delivery so that I could manage time away from my work. I never recieved a call the day before as promised, and then on the day of delivery I get a phone call that they are on the way and I am over an hour away at work. We rescheduled for the following week. I took off work and was told they would be there on that day. At 5 minutes before 5 pm, no one had come and no one had called. I called the company and was told that they had run into difficulty at another job, but I would have never known that the day of the promised service except that I called them myself. They offered to reschedule (again!) for a third time. There is not a great regard for the time of their customers and there is poor follow through on promised or expected communications. They used to be a reliable business but not anymore. Very disappointing.

  Fast delivery. Even came out at 10pm to fill one time. Easy payment flexibility and friendly staff to take your call. Also best rates I could find. They even brought me a bigger tank on request!

  I have used Greens for over 10 years with excellent service. New owners are disorganized and terrible service. I needed a 500 gal tank filled and was told can't do it because they didn't want to get the longer hose out. For $700 worth of propane, would not use extra hose. I changed to Stewards propane.

  Been trying for over 6 weeks to have 500 gallon tank installed. Told the 28th of Jan. Well now we are into Feb a good 10 days. Call today, told not doing new install. The new owner Joe is a liar tells his workers he called me. Did not happen! Tried to deal with but forget it.

  Green’s does an amazing job. We have had very good service for the last two years since we moved to a house with propane. Their prices are cheapest when I had searched around last, and they go above and beyond on their customer service. When I called last minute they hustled out to get us the propane we needed to keep our house warm during this awful winter storm.
