  Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. When making a purchase of any size for your outdoor needs, Dustin is the man to talk to.   Had to pay freight on part that they failed to have in stock. It customer friendly in parts. They used to be the only Kubota in the area, they need to realize there are options now!

  Employee over rental equipment is very rude and very unhelpful. He was mad he has to do his job. I Will not be renting or purchasing anything from country equipment again. He made the comment but where else are you going to go? WBC in El Reno delivered within 45 minutes and they were happy to have a customer. This employee at country equipment needs to find a job where he’s not in customer service or anything that doesn’t involve having to actually deal with people. Shame that a decent established company puts up with this kind of employee driving customers away. Jchilled is a soft and weak individual that has no business in customer service.
