  Terrible customer service. Our tank was sent in for testing which should've taken 1-2 weeks. 2.5 months later and still updates. We called and texted every week and was met with "checking on this." Decided to show up in person and turns out the tank was actually tested 2 months ago but no one bothered to check. Waste of time and money.

  My experience a few months ago was amazing. The person I dealt with was very friendly, informative and helpful. Naturally, I went back for the same service. Today was the opposite experience. Not only were both the individuals not helpful or willing to communicate clearly, they were incredibly rude, argumentative and acted almost angry that they had to help a customer, or explain anything. When I called her out on the poor attitude, she stated they were short staffed. Sorry, but that’s not the customer’s fault or problem, and no excuse for bad behavior. I was also the only customer there, so I’m not sure how that was relevant. I ended up leaving, and let them know Id take my business elsewhere. I went up the road to another business, who was very helpful, and I might add, much less expensive. I won’t ever go back or suggest them to anyone. Unreal and sad people choose to act this way in a business. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: My issue was NOT that you did not have any cylinders to loan. My issue was both of the employees’ hateful attitude that I received, the moment I walked in the door. Neither person was willing to clearly or kindly communicate with me. You both were utterly rude and condescending. Instead of having a helpful dialog, listening, and answering my questions, you chose to act inconvenienced and like I was was wasting your time. Your solution was to sell me another cylinder. I didn’t need or want another cylinder. Please refrain from placing blame on others because you chose to have a terrible attitude, and upset a customer. Maybe your attitude is why you’re short staffed?

  The old woman that runs the front counter and answers the phone is rude and could care less about your gas needs. She's been crappy to me twice. There's too many other places in town to get gas. I won't ever go back.
