  Do NOT go here. Drove up to just drop off a filing cabinet in the back of my car. The speed limit in that area is 5mph past the gates, so I was driving as such. An employee in a truck came up behind me going much faster, and stuck is head out to start screaming at me. Shocked because I didn’t know what was happening, I stopped thinking he was trying to go around me but he didn’t. So I kept driving, but had to stop again because a forklift was outside of the building blocking the path. He drove up to the side of me, rolled down his window and was screaming at me for something I didn’t quite understand (something about the highway? Wasn’t on the highway to get there), then cut in front of me to go park in what I’m guessing are the employee spots. Just don’t go here, if the employees are comfortable enough to harass you publicly id say just try somewhere else. Horrible incident with no cause as to why

  Good opportunity to keep things out of a landfill. Get enough cash to leave a nice tip the next time you go out. If there's anybody that would be described as "friendly" that works here, I haven't met them.

  This is probably the best scrap metal facility in the metro area. They have had the same people working the scales for years and they are overall pretty friendly. I've have them help fork heavy stuff off my trailer before, but usually I unload myself. Their pay is always fair and I never feel like they are trying to swindle me and pay different rates that posted. The system of getting your money is super slick and easy, no more check cashing like the old days. I don't scrap metal often, but when I do, it's always Express Metals.
