  I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far with our gator and tractor purchases from this dealership. Specifically their commitment to making us feel well cared for. Specifically, every time I walk in there just has that small dealer feeling like a family owned dealer style feeling. The purchase prices have been fair, parts are quick too . Even weird parts are only 24 hour transfer from the main warehouse, but a lot of the other stuff is just a transfer from another dealership that can have the same day. Today they were able to order a metal hydraulic line that I needed to replace, and offered to make me a temporary rubber line so I can feed my pigs tonight. That is grade A quality service. Thank you to my salesman Jason Krassow, and Rufus behind the parts counter, and Ricky behind the parts counter. Between these three guys, I feel extremely well cared for. Well, done, John Deere and Greenmark maintaining the same feeling my great grandfather had about your brand. The loan payment forgiveness during World War II stories, my family tells me still gives us shivers.

  Been buying the same parts from them for 8 years. The parts manager decided to give me a hard time over returning fuel filters for the John Deere gators I fix for work. (Greenmark sent the wrong filters!) I have known the staff to be kind and understanding and I don’t blame a mistake on their end. I blame the fact I can order overpriced John Deere parts anywhere and have been nothing but loyal to green mark in Sodus. The parts manager Ken wanted to put his foot down on 2 tiny little filters. Congrats! You did it Update on 7/8/25 I called in asking to return all of my parts I had recently ordered and wanted to wipe my hand clean of greenmark. I spoke with Rufus (very nice) who convinced me that this is a misunderstanding and attempted to mend it by offering 20 dollars out of his own pocket. I told Rufus it is the principle of the thing and he shouldn’t be paying for their mistake and I would be happy for just a refund. He insisted on paying out of his own pocket and said he would be stopping by to drop off the money. So I was asked to take down my review and he would be seeing me. I decided not to return all my parts after that conversation. I waited and waited and it has been over a month. I took down the review like asked and they couldn’t find a way to refund less than 20 dollars worth of product. I will be going elsewhere. For the price you pay for John Deere parts there you think they would have better service.
