And asked if they could ship it to my billing address instead. I said no, just moved, please ship to shipping address. Almost a week goes by and I get an email that say your order has been canceled and refunded. They didn't ask to cancel the order or communicate anything. Just canceled... This put me in a bad situation because I needed the product on a time frame which then screwed me over. Literally will never try to purchase anything from JB Tools in my entire life again... Thats what happens when you treat your customers like garbage...
