  I’ve been a loyal customer of this John Deere store for many years, and it’s disappointing to see how far things have declined. Walking into the store now, I don’t recognize a single employee anymore. The turnover is obviously very high, which says a lot about how the business is being managed. A few years ago, this store was completely different. The staff knew customers by name, the parts counter was knowledgeable and experienced, and the service department ran smoothly. Now, the parts department seems inexperienced, and the service staff often look confused and without direction. It’s frustrating because this used to be a dealership I trusted and enjoyed doing business with. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall professionalism have taken a major step backward.

  They told me my parts would be in on Friday,so I came Monday morning and they told me that because of the weight of the parts that they would be drop shipped by freight hauler the next day. They could have gave us a call and told us that they wouldn't be comming in as they had promised. As it was a wasted trip on my already busy day.
