  I ordered a 30x30 shot with a 30x12 overhang. Building was well built and the concrete job was top notch. It was better than expected and the lowest quote I received by $5000. Highly recommend.

  I guess my project is too small to get any kind of good service. I placed an order for a patio cover and paid for the materials as quoted by the salesperson in September of 2014. It took two weeks worth of unanswered calls (horrible sales staff) and an email to the company VP to get the thing installed in October of 2014. It's now June of 2015 and my patio cover is still leaking. Part of it is my fault, I was so frustrated with my previous experience I had no desire to talk to anyone associated with Reeds but after 7 months of leaking without an end in sight, I called Reeds. When asked who my sales person was, that they would handle the issues, I explained the experience of the previous September/October. They again apologized for the problems and assured me that someone would be out soon. It's weeks later, my patio cover still leaks and I've not heard a peep out of Reeds. tl;dr If you just want a patio cover, be prepared for weeks/months of problems.
