In three hours, only three trucks were unloaded, which is a very poor performance compared to other companies where operations are much more efficient. There is also a clear issue with management. The managers do not organize the unloading process properly and cause significant delays. Because of this, drivers are forced to wait for long periods of time. These delays directly affect other drivers’ schedules. drivers miss their next loads or appointments due to the slow unloading process. This situation creates unnecessary stress and financial losses for drivers. I hope the company’s management takes this feedback seriously and improves staffing and operational efficiency.
