  I need to say, emphatically, that dealing with Mark at Avenue Metals was a Great Pleasure! I had a very small repair project (less than $100) that needed his company’s expertise in the fabrication. With one phone call, I was able to get my parts fabricated perfectly as I requested and in record time! It sure is a terrific feeling in this day and age that you can still speak to a live person, that is very knowledgable, understanding and not some AI machine run around! Thank You Mark!!!

  As a kitchen equipment contractor, Avenue Metal has been a great partner over the past decade and are consistently quick, reasonable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services for any quality stainless work needed.

  33 emails. Yes, that is what it took to get the job done...and I wouldn't have changed the experience at all! Jim and his family are the epitome of a true Chicago family business. The 33 emails were a friendly discourse between Jim and his new customer (me)...with Jim wanting to ensure that everything was fabricated just right...knowing that his company's craftwork would be the finishing touch to a once-in-a-lifetime home kitchen remodel. Now, you would think that we had a big job for Avenue Metals...but in fact, I imagine it was one of their smallest jobs of the year...a simple stainless steel backsplash...yet, there was Jim...wanting to ensure every last detail was thought through and accounted for. If you are ever in the need of any custom metalwork, look no further...as long as you can accommodate a business owner that cares more about your job than you can even comprehend...you are in good hands with Jim and his family.
