- RRRikardo RodrigezSep 10, 20261.0We placed a reservation 3 weeks in advance. Was charged a deposit for the hold. We got a call 1 day before to let us know our reservation is not available. We have ordered large telescopic lifts of 125' for other larger projects and today we were told we are a cash customer and for liability they aren't able to help us. Sorry and bye. I will never rent from them again. Very poor customer service.
