  I ordered 2 pieces of 14 gage steel 96 inches long x 5 1/2 wide. They called and said it was ready for pickup. I picked up the steel and headed to the shop to have it bent. When we measured it for the bend, we discovered that one end was 5 1/2, the other end was 5 1/4, I couldn't use that piece. I was pissed, the guy who was going to bend it, had other appointments !! I called altitude steel, told the guy what was wrong, I then drove the 8 miles back for the 3rd time. The individual who wrote the dimensions down did it correctly, the individual who cut the material, didn't do his job measuring, cutting and re- measuring. The woman manager gave me this attitude, was there a mis communication, I said, " not on my part", she then said it's the machine that's off, I replied, "You still have to measure it " you don't send out material without measuring it to be correct !!! I asked for a refund. She could drop the attitude, they were wrong and it cost me time and gas!! I located a shop that did it correctly and cost me a 1/3 of what altitude charged !!!
