  The worst propane Co I have ever had . Pulled my tank for my shop with a 10 day warning in winter time . Would have pulled house but to full and hard to move . Said I did not use twice the tank in a year . False , Not a good dealer . Beware!!!

  Mike is super nice and helpful. One office person is sweet. The other one isn't very nice, and that makes me sad. They were set to deliver last Friday. We had given them MY number to call. We asked 2X when setting up delivery beforehand to call MY number, NOT my husband's number, as he often works out of range. I also called on that Friday morning to ensure they had and would call MY number, as I had to run an errand that day (they ask you to wait at home ALL DAY LONG and say they'll call you 30 min. ahead of time) Yes, yes, yes, they said they would call MY number, but then... they only called my husband's number. His call record shows the driver called him around 2:30pm, but my husband was out of range, as we'd stated. Then the driver must have called the home office, as the OFFICE then called my husband's number, again, 3 minutes later. What happened to the yes, yes, yes, we will call MY number note?? When I called Friday afternoon after having waited at home most of the day, the office person just said, "Oh, sometimes the drivers call the wrong number." Ok, but he had called the office and the OFFICE also called the number we asked them several times not to call. So then they said they'd just redeliver the following week, and called this morning stating the driver will be here in a few minutes. I should have remembered to call them to cancel, yes, but how did they now manage to call the right number today?? We spent this whole Saturday driving far away and filling our tank ourselves, as we needed the propane. I apologized to the secretary, Jamie, for forgetting to cancel today, and she snapped that they won't ever be delivering to us in the future. No apology for their error. This is their business they do every day, all day long. Cross out the wrong number. Highlight the correct number. Don't give the driver any wrong number if customer specified a number several times. Too bad we couldn't support a local business as we had wanted.

  Months later..isolated nope..they took my tank without even calling, at 52% full, still months later no refund, and now accusing me of using “other propane”. I showed them my paid receipts, I have 24/7 cameras showing them filling my tank not even 2 months before.. unreal, and when you prove it all, not only does “customer service - on ice” never apologizes or attempt To correct this, instead she hung up and blocked my number. This company is the worst I ever have encountered, seriously not worth your time, and the rudeness is beyond, it’s just like there horrible accounting!

  This place refuses to work with Leap And/or just costumers with Leap benefits... I have applied for leap back in 11/9/2020 application has since been approved However this company out right denied propane to my household for non payment and refused to come out to fill an empty tank unless payment is made. I have payD every month on time or early, except for this last month 1/2021. I just don’t have the money by my-unemployed-self to pay and I’m waiting on my leap payment to go thru on 2/23/2021. Even with this information I willingly shared and provided they will let me, a single mother with two kids to freeze in the mountains in the middle of winter no less. Out right refusal to work with me or leap on getting my heat back on. #disgraceful #PeopleOverProfits Update: The owner Dave, Thank you form the bottom of my heart for helping and working with me for a timely solution. My family will have heat tonight ♾💜♾

  After a year of working with this company I have removed their tanks ,which I had 2 of them due to an extremely rude and nasty woman in the office. I am of the understanding she is an owner. Her attitude was so insulting and nasty I could no longer work with this company. The drivers and the field guys were very nice and pleasant. This woman was just a miserable human to have to work with. I can not think of 1 nice thing to say about her. Well maybe there is 1....I WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER AGAIN. I can not imagine having to work with her as an employee...I would never recommend this company to anyone unless she is removed from contact with customers......her customer service skills are among the worst I have ever had the misfortune of having to experience.....do yourself a favor and use anyone but her.
